No complimentary water, tea, nor coffee, reception never answer phones. Given the hotel price I expect something more. The only upside is room is clean and new.

The hotel is very new, but the room is a little small. It is the smallest room I stayed in during these days in Japan and the only room without a bathtub. Overall it is OK. The price is cheap, less than 400 per night. It is not far from the airport and the subway station is very convenient. However, it is still very expensive to take a taxi to the airport for 7KM. It is estimated to cost about RMB 200. There is a large AEON supermarket and a delicious barbecue restaurant nearby. It is very convenient to buy things and eat.

The hotel is very close to Kansai Airport, 45 minutes by subway to the center and 5 minutes by subway. Very close to markets. The rooms are spacious and clean, very good location.

There are Chinese-speaking staff and Japanese guys at the front desk, which are super nice. The room is spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet. If you take a night flight and are afraid that there are no JR trains or trains out of other cities, I suggest you look for a hotel near Kansai Airport. But it takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the nearest station. There are 24-hour AEON and convenience stores nearby. Lobby: Provide hot water, tableware, microwave, free coffee/barley tea (late night snack facilities)

There is only a bed in the room, no table😂 I came back from a day out and the room was not cleaned. The front desk said that if the room needs to be cleaned, you need to let us know, otherwise it will not be cleaned by default. I have never heard of this.
