Taitung Chii Lih Resort Reviews

From August 12-15, I was here for both hot air balloon flight and paragliding. First time in Taitung and the hot air balloon company recommended to get accommodation at Luye township instead of Taitung city. If you plan to hire chartered ride, stay in Taitung city. The resort offers breakfast (if you opt-in); and dinner at their restaurant that only serves steamboat. The restaurant doesn't serve lunch. Yup, you heard it right, NO lunch and this property is a resort. Staff are courteous. Unfortunately, my feedback about my room kettle emitting odor after boiled was not attended. Transportation....you definitely need chartered service.

There were not many people staying in the hotel, but the environment was still kept very clean. I had a lot of fun soaking in the outdoor hot spring because it was like renting the whole place. I hope the visitor rate of such a good resort can increase

The room was large and super comfortable. There is a hot spring indoors, so you don't have to go downstairs. The breakfast is delicious and the waiters are very friendly.

The room is great and the balcony is large enough for hot springs. There is a spa, swimming pool and hot spring pool outdoors.

A total of 6 people in the group booked a 4-person room. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the check-in confirmation form showed: 2 adults, 2-year-old and 3-year-old children. The counter staff said that they needed to pay 2,200 yuan (suppliers for 7- and 10-year-old children). The counter staff They said there was no charge for children; before taking a shower at night, I found there were only 4 large towels, so I called the counter staff and got the message: I booked a room for 2 people, which included the 2 towels I paid for, a total of 4 towels. Although the service staff gave us two more towels afterwards, I still think the hotel’s statement is contradictory! This New Year's stay was unpleasant!

It covers a large area and the children's playroom is very good. It has a large space and a variety of facilities, which can give children room to relax. There is room for improvement in the food, it would be better if it can be improved.

The main purpose this time is the hot air balloon carnival. The resort has a shuttle bus to and from the morning and afternoon sessions, which is convenient. Because we did not rent a car, we wanted to visit the surrounding areas. The front desk staff took the initiative to help us and contacted a taxi. Thank you.

It is very suitable for taking children to take a vacation. The adults can enjoy the hot springs and the children can enjoy the outdoor facilities and game space. You should leave at least half a day to enjoy it The only pity is that the outdoor swimming hot spring pool is open for too few hours. I hope some adjustments can be made so that children can have fun!
