The location is good and close to 2 main stations. The facility in Hotel is good, with snack and drink bar provided. As I have not gone out for a whole day, will call and confirm if the room need to clean up or not. The reception service is good. 2 trips has been spent within a month. May recommend for next trip. 

I strongly suggest follow signage in Taipei Station towards West 1 or North 3 exit then cross traffic light at junction as shown in my uploaded photos then walk along the main road opposite Q Mall until you see First Bank at a traffic junction in straight line of sight. Hotel is just beside the bank. Outside Taipei station only 2 gentle flight of steps getting to the traffic junction, manageable with my big luggage. Within the station you can’t see any sign to all the Y5, Y7 exits mentioned in the reviews. You have to get down to the crowded underground mall to find the signage to the Y exits then come up to the street level. Quite overwhelming to navigate within the huge Taipei Main Station & busy underground mall to Q Mall with huge luggage. Hotel service is excellent, only downside is neighbouring shops are too varied, can’t find food downstairs easily like in XMD. Best to go to Q Mall basement if you don’t want to travel too far out to get a meal. There are a few cafes nearby for coffee fix like CAMA (I recommend cheap & good Two Shots cafe at Zhongshan station where Decathlon is). Very fast & easy to order Uber car to pick up & drop off right in front of hotel. All in all, still a good hotel choice near Taipei Main Station.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot—just a short walk from both Taipei Main Station and Zhongshan Station—so getting around was a breeze. There’s also a pantry and laundry room available for guests to use, free of charge. The receptionists were very friendly and shared helpful tips on navigating the city. What really touched me was the surprise on my birthday—a handwritten card and a slice of cake. I hadn’t mentioned it in my booking, so it was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. Thank you, CityInn Hotel, for the warm and welcoming experience!

CityInn located near the central station. Very near to many eatery and shopping malls. Free supper at pantry after 10pm

Amazing customer service from helpful and friendly receptionists. Had a great and comfortable 4 nights there as room was clean and cozy with daily housekeeping. There were also complimentary cup noodles (with a variety of flavors to choose from) and instant soup for guests after 10pm every night! The pantry also has TW snacks, hot/cold water dispenser, coffee machine and nescafé machine which are free for guests too! Location is convenient as well with KFC, Mcdonald, Family Mart and 7-11 just across the street, and it’s only a ＜ 5mins walk to Taipei Main Station MRT! Would definitely return if I’m back in Taipei!

Very responsive to quests regarding the room, and the staff are friendly and approachable. The staff are quick to help too. We had some requests regarding storage of luggage since our flight was sometime later than our check-out time, and they kindly acceded to our request. This hotel is a reasonable walk from Taipei main station too. They also had a service where you can order ********* dough sticks / soybean milk at the counter a day before, though we didn't use it (see picture). Overall, will recommend this hotel.

Good service and convenient location 

Clean amenities and very helpful staff. There are even free snacks and cup noodles for all guests. Will recommend to any solo or business travellers!!

Located in between 台北车站 and 中山站, great location. You can access to either MRT station within 5min walk. Friendly front desk. Will consider to book again for my next Taipei trip.

Great location (although about 10 minutes walk to Taipei Main Station, not 5) with food, banks, transportation, etc. Very friendly staff at the Front Desk, efficient housekeeping, great daily snacks in the kitchen area and noodles late night. Pillows were comfy, but bed was too hard for me (I realize this is the norm in most Asian locations and even Europe). Great value overall!

Hotel is very thoughtful in terms of providing what they think travellers would need like light snacks, hot drinks and luggage weighing machines and umbrellas!

CityInn is a very good hotel.  The location is near Taipei Station which is convenient for commuters via fast train, AirPort Express and linked trains.  Also, there are good restaurants nearby.  A walkable distance to Xingha night market.  The staff are very nice and they are willing to offer help!

The location is close to Taipei train station which is nice (Walking distance around 8 minutes) the hotel also has laundry just incase you need to wash your clothes during your trip.
