I recently stayed at Rich Garden Hotel Taiwan, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from Ximen Station, making it easy to explore all the best spots in Taipei. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The breakfast spread was simple yet satisfying, offering both local and Western options. But what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service, especially from the receptionist Lena. She was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Whether it was helping with directions, giving local tips, or simply greeting me with a smile every day—Lena went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Thank you again to Lena and the entire Rich Garden Hotel team!

Great location—just a short walk to Ximending but in a quiet area near the Original Tofu store. Breakfast was included and convenient. Best part: we could see Taipei 101 from our window!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Great Service! I loved staying at this hotel! Everything was super clean, and the location is great—just a 10-minute walk to Ximending, so it's close enough to enjoy the area but far enough to avoid the crowds. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Special thanks to May at the front desk, who went above and beyond by helping us communicate with our driver company who didn't speak English. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—just right to start the day. Our room was impressively spacious, and even my parents kept complimenting it, especially the clean and well-maintained bathroom. Housekeeping was thorough, and it really made our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area! I will book here again, for sure!

It was nice but outdated. Needed things like electrical outlets by the bed to charge cell phones. The Internet would turn off anytime the door key was taken out of the slot by the door.

Great hotel with very friendly staff who would accommodate your request. Room was clean and towels were replaced daily. Vintage vibes in the room and room was clean. If I am ever back in Taipei, I would stay here for sure!

I had a great stay at this accommodation. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient for getting around. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to help. The food was decent and met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance

Seem old but old. Reception is good as English. Room is excellent clean Have rest room seem japanese style and very clean But you will pay 300twd when you check out because cleaning price seem fair. When u coming to room 300twd that u pay gonna worth it. I recommended this place if u are like Asian style breakfast

Only tv is small, power socket far from bed, no netflix app on tv, too many chairs in the room wasting small, the pillows are TOO SOFT! Painful n sourish necks ＞.＜ But i love the bathtub and cleanliness. Location is also close to xmd. Will still recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks!

Location of the hotel is conveniently about 5-10minutes away from Ximending. Daily cleaning of room is prompt and bed is always tidy. Downside would be that the rooms are too small and noisy as we could hear flushing, tap water flowing, etc. The hotel is located near some hospital route and you can hear ambulance sirens almost every other timing hence sleep is affected.

Location is very convenient Walking distance to Ximending and Carrefour with many nice food in this shopping mall Hotel staff are friendly and helpful Only one thing that I don’t understand All the rooms attached with bathtub but super high Inconvenient and dangerous for Old folks and kids

Central Location. Close to Ximending MRT and Ximending food trip alley. We would surely come back for our next trip.

The room is nice and comfortable with bathtub Very close to ximen and xiaonanmen metro station It’s also very also to ximending district However the gym is quite small and breakfast option is limited But will definitely stay here again if we come to Taipei next time
