Service was amazing, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are pretty good with letting you choose either a Western or Chinese style buffet breakfast. Room is clean and with a nice view of Tainan City (was on 12th floor).

The interior decoration of the hotel is quite satisfactory, but both the front desk and the service staff make people feel very warm. My son hurt his head the day before going out. When I checked in, the front desk staff specially told me that if I need to change my dressing, I can go to the counter to talk to them. Ask for dressing supplies. When there was a slight problem with the TV at night, someone was immediately sent to help so that my son could watch cartoons with peace of mind. Everywhere he went, every service staff was smiling. There was also a welcome drink bar in the lobby and an office. I am very satisfied with the photocopying area I need. I will still choose Zhiwen Humanity Hotel next time I have the chance🎀🎀🎀
