From the sublime to the ridiculous  1. Lifts - for an attendant to see people waiting and usher in an arriving guest and close the door before others enter - poor 2. Caesar Salad - a disgrace - three lettuce leaves and some stale bread and charge 800php - when told about this a smart hotel would give a refund and apologise - in this case we will inform the chef - better to send him back to school  3. Check out - poor - I had to change my plans and informed them in advance would leave one day early and come back Sunday - result - they and trip.com kept the extra day and the. Will charge me a new charge for the next stay - ridiculous 4. Concierge - barring the incident about one of the team was excellent and deserves full praise for their attention to detail and service  In short can do a lot better for the price and as for trip.com inflexibility - you can keep the money and lose the customer - no issue won’t be booking again via you there are other sites more flexible and understand how to serve a customer better

The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities. The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help. If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help. Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly. Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered. The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

We always love to stay at Ascott BGC. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean and well kept. There was one time when my kids left their toys upon checkout and when we came back it was completely stored and kept and our kids had it back.

I had an amazing experience! I love this Hotel makes me feel relaxed. Will definitely stay here again. Everyone is seem professional.

Upgrade to a one-bedroom and one-living room suite for free. The apartment room has a washing machine, and the clothes can be dried overnight. Equipped with simple kitchen utensils, you can cook simple meals. It's just that the air conditioner is too noisy, so you need to choose carefully for those who have high requirements for the sleeping environment.

The reception service is extremely poor. No one answered the reserved phone more than ten times within half an hour. There is no clear room address, and the front desk does not know how to receive and contact. This seriously wastes customer time and affects mood. Such a poor apartment will affect Ctrip's reputation!

The location is just fine. There are lots of establishments and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and well-lit, has water heater, plates, bowls, mugs, and spoons that I really didn't expect to see in a budget room. The shower has inconsistent water pressure and temperature and the internet connection was unreliable though. There is a swimming pool but we didn't know if we were allowed to use it so we didn't bother asking the staff. It is surely a plus but neither is okay. It was definitely worth the price.

Good location nearby to malls and some interesting establishments!
