Tachikawa Regent Hotel Reviews

The room is very small, the bed is next to the window, the window is drafty, and it's cold!!! I asked to change rooms, but they said the single rooms were full and I had to pay extra to change to other room types. Is such a bad room suitable for guests? ? ? In the end, they carefully put plastic bubble film on the window and moved the bed to the middle. It was hilarious. This is the first time I've encountered this. I wonder if it's in Japan.

I had a pleasant stay. They even lent me an umbrella on a rainy day, which was very helpful. The breakfast was warm and delicious. I stayed for three nights and it was very comfortable.

Used on a Friday night. Check-in was around 9:30pm, so I stayed there thinking I'd just take a shower and go to bed. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided had an orange scent and were very relaxing. I was grateful for the hair iron they offered at the front desk. The room was clean and good for a stay with just the bare necessities. The free breakfast was good enough for a light meal. I think this is the place to go when I can't get a room at my usual hotel.

There was a wide selection of amenities and rental items, so it was fun to choose. I was also impressed by how polite and helpful the front desk staff was. Breakfast was served in the room. There were rice balls, bread, and a few side dishes. There was a wide enough variety to be able to get it for free. If I have the chance to be in the area, I would like to stay here again.

The breakfast is bad. There are few varieties. The location is good. The hotel is clean. It's close to the station so there are no problems with restaurants. There is also a convenience store nearby.

I used it on a business trip. It was convenient because it was close to the bus stop for Haneda.

I had a comfortable stay. It was clean, close to Tachikawa Station, quiet, reasonably priced, and included a humidifier and breakfast. I have nothing to complain about!

Used for an event I arrived late at night, but the front desk was not responsive and the internal line kept ringing. I think it would be a good idea to install payment machines so that we don't have to meet people as much as possible.

It's close to the station, clean and perfect for a solo traveler. Breakfast is free, so I can't complain. The front desk staff were very polite.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the station and Tachikawa Stage Garden. It was in the city center so I thought the noise would be a problem, but it didn't bother me much and I was able to relax. The room was cleaned nicely and I had a comfortable stay. There were also plenty of amenities, and I was happy that they even lent out hair irons and other items. The staff were all very nice, and I would like to stay here again if I have an event in Tachikawa.

I arrived an hour before check-in and asked if I could leave my luggage with them, but they said my room was already ready and allowed me to check in. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly at check-in and check-out, and they greeted and saw me off with warm and polite hospitality, which I was very happy about. The free breakfast had a good selection of drinks, which was appreciated. I'd like to use it again next time.
