The room is enough for 2 person, Clean and friendly

Good location and breakfast. Terrible air conditioning. Had to ask reception to turn on air conditioning a few times every single day since the reception is the only who can adjust it. Stayed for only a few nights but room was boiling and we sweat at night. I rarely complained but we had a bad experience staying here due to air conditioning and reception attitude. We already booked 5 more days here and would have cancelled it but it was non refundable.

Just right for the price you pay. Not big and not small- just right to sleep overnight. Dont expect fancy. The good thing is the location as its walking distance to most things you need like tram and near to most tourist attractions.

Great location. Family friendly with bigger rooms. Supermarket across the road with many restaurants in the shopping centre.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleased with the overall experience. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The price was very reasonable for the area. While the amenities and service were generally average, they met my needs and expectations. If you're looking for a great spot in a prime location at a good price, this hotel is a solid choice.

The service is quite good, and the location is fantastic- extremely convenient to get everywhere. The only issue is the facility -- the AC is very old and can hardly cool the room down. It also makes quite a few noises. Besides that it's fantastic.

Good location but noise of renovating at morning

Pros; Central Friendly staff Spacious room Cons: Air conditioning doesn't work great. The unit in the room was too small. To lower the temperature, we had to call the reception few times and they ended up moving to a diff room which seemed fine but middle of the night it became really warm. Kids couldnt sleep well.

My recent 4-day stay at ibis was less than ideal. The room card inexplicably deactivated three times during my stay, forcing me to visit the reception each time – a major inconvenience. Adding to the disappointment, I lost my watch in the hotel and, despite emailing on January 1st, I've received no response. The high holiday price did not align with the overall experience, making it an unworthy investment.
