The hotel is quite old and looks different from the photos on the official website. There are many Chinese tourists, but it’s very convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk staff were also nice.

Hotel location was very good. Walking distance to darling harbour, chinatown, qvb, Westfield and many shopping malls. The bed is very comfortable as well. But breakfast was not good, I do not recommend taking the breakfast as the variety is limited. Maybe if just 1 or 2 days is ok.

Great hotel great service very cleaning perfect location in heart of CBD close to all shops great for shopping. Great and friendly staffs.

very satisfied with our stay! room was spacious, & the location was super convenient. lots of food options & shopping nearby. front desk was friendly & helpful as well. hotel breakfast was normal, can skip imo. will definitely be back :)

The location is really central and convenient for shopping and access to the main attractions in Sydney. The food from the restaurant was excellent, and prices are reasonable. The buffet breakfast was also good, but could be better with slightly more variation, especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Our room was booked for 3 people, but we were only provided with two towels and no extra pillow. Additionally, the glass windows could be cleaner.

Buffet breakfast Food was good especially the omelette. Actually services were so good and very efficient to clean up the table even though we just stepped out to grab more food A card that indicate the table is taken and return the card when complete of the meal may help. The smart view TV is nice as we may project our cell phone to TV to enjoy. However, internet connection wasn’t that good. View not good as block by the Sydney Tower. Location is excellent for shopping.

At first glance, this hotel makes an excellent impression, it’s conveniently located in the city center, close to many attractions. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are quite spacious and stylish, and there're beautiful views of downtown. That said, everything else is a bit off - breakfasts are disappointingly lacking in variety, the chairs are extremely hard to move on the carpet, towels are linty, in the bathroom - the sink is the only place to put your phone, and shampoo is fixed in the shower stall with no way to take it to the tub (do people not wash their hair in tubs here?). It’s impossible to have dim lighting since the lamps shine right in your eyes. The furniture, while stylish is a bit old and creaky and the trash bins are ridiculously small and awkward to open. Yet the hotel offers good value for money in central Sydney, and the staff truly deserves praise. Just consider twice if minor annoyances could bother you and destroy your nerves.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and modern yet there's some old-world charm about the hotel. Love how it's hidden from the street, almost feels like a secret entrance. Room service and a bath was very decadent. Bed super comfy too!

Overall experience could have been improved starting from the concierge.We need to manually retrieve the luggage to our room due to shortage of head count.As for the breakfast it was quite a disaster with no changes for the menus for the past 6 days.This was not expected for a 5 stars hotel.Kindly relook on the feedback as we pay quite a premium price and was not expecting lackluster service 

Fantastic location that is closed to everything. If you need Asian food, Chinatown is just 2 tram stops away, which is 100% walkable as well. Just note that there is no laundry room in this property, even though listing indicates that is guest laundry.

Frankly speaking, the stay overall experience was decent, few key pointers to improve: - amenities are very limited, what you don’t expect from a 4-star hotel - we requested late checkout at 2pm, and end up having the housekeeping barging into our room twice, 1x at 10am, another at 11.30am… and the reception even called to ask what time are we checking out? - this clearly shows very poor communication between departments and even front desk staff are not updated with all guests’ latest requests and status… This has made our trip gotten from decent to terrible ending… I hope the hotel management team could have a review on such communication error issues which is crucial to be running hospitality. Thanks!

1 of my best stay in recent years. Great location with affordable price. Our family love the TV and bathtube there! Will consider visit it again 😊
