Atlanta Hotels with Pools

The restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!

The hotel is located near peachtree street. Although the location is close to Lenox mall but still a bit far for a walk. Saw a few pubs and bars. I would say they are ok in general but it would be nice if they could moved me upper floor as I clearly requested that I prefer upper floor . Breakfast was rather good though although there weren't much varieties but blueberry pancake was very delicious.

The hotel doesn't clean daily, and there wasn't enough soap upon check-in; you had to get it from the front desk and change it yourself. The WiFi signal in the room was very weak. The receptionist wasn't very friendly .

The hotel was very clean. Love the elevator level selection pad. The staff was extremely friendly. It’s easy to retrieve your vehicle from valet even when you’re going to return. Although, I suggest Waymo. Those things are everywhere and the hotel’s location is central to everything to do with the arts. The High Museum, The Fox Theatre, and The Shakespeare Tavern Theatre are must sees while you are there. And don’t forget to get breakfast at the hotel. It’s delicious! Ask for Tyler 😊, she’s amazing.

What a fantastic design! The symmetrical atrium and strong sense of hierarchy are simply captivating. From the room, you can also enjoy the Atlanta skyline and the sunrise. Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

I was there for a convention but it turns out that the congress was really far from the hotel. So I ended up booking an uber back and forth daily. The hotel was OK. Its not extravagant or perfect. It's not crowded. Most of the guests are adult to senior years. Breakfast was also OK. But if you stay a bit longer then you will say that you can memorize all the breakfast menu daily 😉 🤣 What ai love about is that the convenience store was a few walk away including the TJMax 🤣 One thing, they do not have free shuttle to and from the airport 😓

I recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel during a conference in Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major venues and public transportation. The lobby is spacious and has a classic charm, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating during check-in. However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The room was clean but felt dated, and the room lights are not enough to light up the room. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days everything was well-stocked, while on others, they will clean room while you are inside. The elevators also seemed slow, especially during peak hours. Destination fee failed to collect upon check-in. I received a letter on the door of the unit and you cannot enter the room without paying on it. Need to ask for the complimentary bottle water, never been provided upon check-in also the same for the dental kit. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re attending an event nearby and looking for a central location, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and room updates.

No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. He also keep touching the fruit station with his gloves which were touching the eggs with.
