Atlanta Hotels with balcony

朋友説酒店環境、裝修都很好！

這是我入住體驗最差的一次，感覺酒店管理有問題，這個價位的酒店在服務細節上遠沒有達標，以上是本人主觀認識，下面講一下客觀情況，第一天check in時前台沒有一個服務人員，衹聽到有人在後麪小房間聊天的聲音，我hello了一下，沒人睬，等了3-5分鐘終於從小房間出來一位女士辦完入住，進房間發現卧室洗手間內有異響，控制面板電流聲（較小），台盆上方天花板有較大聲異響（嗒嗒聲），晚上睡覺肯定有影響，於是打了bulter service電話講了異響情況，希望來處理一下，三十分鐘沒反應，忍不住直接到前台反應，要求儘快解決或換個房間，均不答應且態度生硬敷衍，我要求見manager on duty,回答我經理在忙，我因為外出有事，在禮貌表達了強烈不滿後離開酒店，晚上十點多回來後發異響倒是沒有了，一夜無事，第二天離大譜的事情就來了，凌晨三點左右，睡夢中突然被吵醒，發現窗簾正在自動打開（發出沙沙聲），全屋燈光自動打開，燈火通明，走到客廳發現同樣情況，同時第一天入住時的異響又再度出現，直到早上一直未睡，因為上午要自己開車去機場，已沒有精力和酒店交涉，前台交了鑰匙就離開。認真寫了這麼多，是為了讓更多的人不要踩坑。

So small room , bad way to talk to people in the reception, but clean and nice room

All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception! Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!! Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta

This is not my first time here , I used to be very nicer when it was Thompson , now the service is very bad specially, the guy who fill out the bar inside the rooms he’s very very rude .

The location is really good, across the street from the Centennial Olympic Park

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Midtown is a great location... The hotel service was horrific and they did not carry basic amenities such as a.pool and a simple microwave... The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. Staff also tempers with the doors while the room is occupied. That was uncomfortable.

Had a comfortable stay here. Room is spacious and breakfast is good. Location is excellent.

The location of the hotel is particularly good, the transportation is very convenient, it takes less than 5 minutes to get to the subway station, to the nearby supermarkets, shops, and walk. The room has a small kitchen and it is very convenient to cook by yourself; the room is clean and clean, and a free cold meal is served every Monday to Wednesday night. I like this hotel very much.
