It seems that the furniture renovated in 10 years is a bit retro. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very good. I didn’t drive the hotel that day. I went out to buy something. The hotel downstairs Mercedes-Benz S400 shuttle

I live in the area and would offen attend the hotel bar restaurant area for drinks and food with friends, This time i went with my toddler and we sat outside , she made friends with another family and while the adults were chatting the girls were out on the grass and drew on the rocks outside with markers , the manager approached the kids on the situation and when I noticed I called the women manager over to see what was going on , she asked could the kids not draw on the rocks and would we like to have paper brought out for them , I said oh no I’m so sorry and no we won’t need any paper , shortly after with out me asking for it the waitress brings me my tab , again i thought it was weird because i didn’t ask for it , they take it and hold it for a long time finally the manager comes out and says they will be putting a hold on my card for possible damage fees for the rocks , me and the family next to me was so alarmed because this was not mentioned prior to taking my card which I find to very sneaky and rude , immediately i said no it’s washable marker and suggested the manager bring water and soap , to see it’ll wash off the rocks , the manager never apologized she bought a bucket with water and i wiped the marker off which you can see in the video I’m attaching , and she just simply shrugged and said ok well I’ll let my director no .. I have never been so rudely embarrassed and disrespected and mistreated and to not even receive an apology ? Is unacceptable and as you can see in the pictures no marker is to be seen because it easily came right off

Booked a stay for an Elton John concert. First time staying at this property. Room was nice, location was great. But really wanted to take the time to write a review because of the phenomenal experience at check in with Toni-Ann. She was so sweet, joyful, and helpful and made the entire experience that much better right from check-in. I truly believe when things start off good from the get go you’re more than likely to keep that energy going for the rest of the trip - so thank you Toni-Ann!

The price is not high, the hotel is expensive, it is better to live in a five-star hotel farther away, because Atlanta can pass through the city elevated, so it is very convenient to live anywhere. Hotel service is very good, friend room air conditioning is broken, directly upgraded the room type

The hotel is super new, fully equipped and cost-effective, located at the junction of 285 and 400. Parking is $14 per day. There is also a small garden behind, and the basic scenery of each room is good. This is the right price. There are a lot of breakfasts, although they are not eaten, but they should be good. You can book them in the room the next day. Not taking pictures but definitely better than the surrounding

Midtown is a great location... The hotel service was horrific and they did not carry basic amenities such as a.pool and a simple microwave... The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. Staff also tempers with the doors while the room is occupied. That was uncomfortable.

This was our 2nd stay at this location this year. We came earlier in the year for a Braves game and this time for a concert at the Roxy. It is a perfect location for anything at the Battery/Truist Park/Roxy. The staff is always friendly and the location is super clean. The rooms are very spacious. We will stay here again for anything in the area.

Go to Atlanta for the first time and attend the imaging USA conference. At that time, the hotel was chosen for the location, in the city center. From the hotel to CNN, Olympic Park, Ferris Wheel, Coca-Cola World, Aquarium, and the panoramic revolving restaurant sun dial, all within a few minutes walk, very convenient! The service attitude in the hotel is also very good, when you check in, you will also get 2 bottles of water and chocolate. Then, the room was better than I thought, although one person traveled, but because the double room was cheaper, it was booked in a double room. 😄 There is a big desk, it is very convenient to use a computer or something. Then open the window and just see the Ferris wheel outside, great. The whole room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! I am a very picky bed, but their beds are really good, and the quality of sleep is high these days. I have to praise that the original location shooting on the 21st, but because the day is super cold, I have to change to indoor shooting, and the hotel decoration is quite good, so I asked the hotel people can take pictures, they not only agree, but also bring I went to some high-level meeting rooms to assist us in shooting. And I lost an earring in the room and returned to the hotel. I found that the earrings on the table were in pairs. It can be seen that their cleaning staff is very responsible and careful. Very touched, I really feel that the service of this hotel is very friendly! highly recommended!

For the morning, this is one of the best hotels in Atlanta. It has a great location. But be careful when you go down for breakfast because even though the menu says it ends at 11 AM all the weight staff insist that you have to order by 10:30 or you will not get breakfast. Also, if your wife goes down ahead of you, they will not let her sit at a table until your whole party is there even though the dining room is empty.

We stayed one night on our way through Atlanta. We have stayed here numerous times over the last ten year and have never had a problem. We arrived later in the evening and left early the next morning. In the room we encountered a trash bag over the smoke detector. This was alarming we had our two small kids asleep already so we simply removed it and didn't call the desk. The bathroom also had glitter and others hair all over the floor and shower. The room otherwise was fine. We didn't complain because we were there such a short time. Not sure we will choose to stay there again.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night as a treat for our son before school started back. The staff were excellent, kind and welcoming. We were allowed a late check out. The lobby is beautiful. The property is clean and well taken care of. The views of the stadium are awesome. The pool was small but worked just fine as it was not too crowded. I would caution those with children about the pool area music. Unfortunately we had to leave the pool early because the DJ kept playing songs with the F-word and other curse words despite the pool being full of families with young children. It was more of an adult only style play list which is so sad as we wanted to spend more time at the pool. It’s sad that most people weren’t phased by it but we listen to non explicit songs and for us it was shocking. Also the battery is loud at night so be prepared if your room faces the stadium. Music plays well after midnight. We may return again and I hope that the incident at the pool with the choice of music was a one time thing and they pay more attention to what they are playing.
GGuest UserI always stay at an Embassy Suites because I like the two room suites set up, cooked to order breakfast, and managers Reception. This Embassy was centrally located and had easy access to the Georgia Congress Convention hall, which was a five minute walk away. The cooked to order breakfast for 3 out of the 4 days was okay, certainly not Embassy standards. The cooked to order egg white omelet where the size of a small empanada, so you had to go back for another one. They are still operating as if COVID-19 is running rampant, plastic everything, paper cups, and foam plates. The hash browns were the real ones, shredded and all and were fantastic as was the bacon. The two male cook's need training, as I and guest had to repeat minimum 4-5 times we wanted egg whites and what we wanted in them. Coffee was great. Managers Reception was good, but drinking a Chardonnay out of a paper cup seems inappropriate. I asked for a glass the 2nd time and the bartender accommodated my request. Her name was Katelyn and she was absolutely fantastic, always greeting us with a big smile and saying thank you every single time. Overall, property was clean, rooms where clean and felt modern, not dated. AC worked great, bedding was good. Common areas where modern and clean as well. We were greeted with a welcome and thank you for staying here as Diamond members. Front desk Stagg were very friendly and attentive! Only drawback, no fault of Embassy, but there are some areas just outside the main entrance and across the street where hecklers and panhandlers, so just be aware of that. It was a daily occurrence day or night.
GGuest UserI am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and have been loyal to Marriott for 7 years. I’ve stayed at Marriott chains all over the country & this location has the worst customer service & staff by FAR. First of all the security for the hotel attempted to hit on me during our first interaction but I kindly turned him down bc I am married. Very unprofessional when you’re at work! Secondly upon checking in the room, there were stains on the curtains, couch and a cigarette burn hole on the bar stool. No seats for the balcony or any privacy on the balcony. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner & the sheets on the bed were not the correct size, there was a mattress cover but no fitted sheet. We didn’t even complain! The real issue came when we were woken up at 8:30am by security BANGING on the door like the Swat team. He literally woke me and my daughter up and was at the door telling my husband that we were smoking and that he could smell it and that we needed to leave the property and would be charged a $500 fine! I immediately told him that we were not smoking and that we smell smoke too and my husband had an incense burning to block the smoke smell from getting to my daughter. We are not tattle tells so we did not care to call downstairs to make it an issue, it was easier to light the incense. We literally travel with these incense bc sometimes there are pet or smoke smells at some of these hotels. The security guard seemed to not care about what I was telling him so I told him not to come back to my room without a manager. He came back twice WITHOUT the manager, said the manager was unavailable and brought a luggage cart telling us we needed to leave or he was going to call the police! I told him to call them bc I was not leaving without a refund. He kept lying to his manager on the phone saying that we were refusing to leave but not telling him what I was saying which was COME BACK WITH YOUR MANAGER. The security guy was extremely rude & aggressive and needs to be FIRED. The manager FINALLY came up to the room 20 min later smh and when he did I offered him to come inside and smell or take a look bc we had nothing to hide. He said he could smell smoke but not tell what it was and I informed him we had an incense burning. He asked us to put it out and said that we couldn’t burn incense or light candles at this hotel. That was my first time hearing a no incense or candle burning policy from Marriott. He told us we were fine and to enjoy the rest of our stay without even addressing the rude behavior from security. I told him we would be checking out immediately and calling Marriott customer service for a full refund for being woken up and harassed. I called customer service as I was checking out to file a complaint and ask for assistance with getting a refund. Well here it is a week later and the hotel STILL hasn’t given me a refund or returned my deposit! Customer service team said the manager said he would not be returning my funds so I’ve escalated it to
谭谭The hotel is right next to CNN. Elevator down to B1, you can go up the stairs to the CNN building, you can participate in the CNN tour, there are some fast food and drink options, there is Starbucks, and a Chinese food. The hotel is only three minutes away from the Olympic Park, and the Coca-Cola Center, the aquarium, etc. across the park are very convenient. But there is no food supermarket or convenience store around the hotel, which is not ideal.
GGuest UserI has such a wonderful experience for my special day Abigail was so professional and gave me tips of how l should utilize the resources of the hotel . She is truly a gem . I also had a great experience with her team mates Angie and Sean. I had invited a few high profile guest list to share my day and they were all treated like queens as well. Looking forward to coming back soon
