Spa Hotels in Tangerang City

Before my stay, I specifically requested a quiet, non-smoking room. However, upon entering the room, I was met with a very strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. After I reported the issue the first time, the staff mentioned they would handle it, seemingly using some kind of deodorizing spray, but the smell in the room did not noticeably improve. After reporting it a second time, a very kind front desk staff member personally came to check the room and also confirmed that the smell was indeed very strong, after which they assisted me in moving to a genuine non-smoking room. I'm very grateful to the front desk staff member who helped resolve the issue in the end; their attitude was very kind. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the airport, which is extremely convenient for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. I just hope that in the future, the hotel can pay more attention to guests' requests and communications made before check-in, especially for important accommodation conditions like a non-smoking room.

The hotel is located on the roadside, so the noise is a bit loud. In addition, the breakfast is a bit small. However, the service quality is very high. Ask if breakfast is delivered to the room. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with many children. It is very suitable for parent-child travel.

The location is fantastic if you have to catch an early flight (they have a free shuttle), but a disaster if you want to spend there more than 1 night: you’re surrounded by the highway and there is nothing to do. I got upgraded to a room with a window and I was blessed with a view of Singapore airlines passing in the distance. Bed is very good, pillows are old. Toilet and shower are funny, but work.

The hotel close to airport. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. I had executive type room but it didn’t have fridge in it and I was surprised, they said only suites rooms have fridge. Also, the breakfast food were very limited.

Cozy and everything is good. Walking distance for a food and Malls. We strongly recommend👍🏼

I stayed here the night before visiting Modern Golf. It was a little difficult to find the way from the guest room to the parking area. Although I checked in late at night, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room amenities were quite basic and the cleanliness was not perfect, but it was sufficient for just sleeping overnight.

I really enjoyed my stay here. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle, which was a great bonus. We booked two rooms and were able to get connecting rooms. My child's jacket was left behind, and they kindly sent it to my address via JNT. Thank you so much!

UPs: So close to the airport, while giving away FREE shuttle to the CGK airport. The staff is sooo helpful, even though I didn't meet the head manager, yet. There are so many food shelter nearby that you can choose, in order to enhance the flavour of Indonesia. The price is quite affordable, so that you don't have to compare with the other hotel. They even choose the minimalist-futuristic furniture, so that you could safe space, while carrying a lot of bags. DOWNs: I literally saw a bug, luckily the staff is so swift getting rid if it. According to the schedule, even though it was late, even by 9 (nine) minutes, the airport shuttle is still reliable.

This place is really near to the airport. They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable. Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food.

I enjoyed the size and quietness of the room. Regarding the free shuttle service, it would be helpful to specify that there are fixed schedules, and depending on your arrival time, you might have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes! For the same price, I would rather recommend the Orchardz Hotel next door. They have shuttles upon arrival and breakfast included.
