Malang City Hotels with Pools

The hotel is great experience, welcome drinks are good the are excellent, but if you order food from online you have to pick up in the outside, they didn't allowed

Best in my Indonasia so far! The room was so spacious with the spectacular city view. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got a dedicated ambassador and everything was quick. The location is excellent. Highly recommended for your stay in Malang. The only improvement is bedding. The comforter was not very comfy and had stains. Sheets seemed fairly old.

The hotel is pretty good, offering excellent value for money with great service. While I wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast, it's acceptable for the price. I also tried dinner, which was decent value, so it's a good option if you don't feel like going out. Plus, there's a large supermarket and a shopping area not too far away, which is a nice bonus.

It's been almost 5 years since I last stayed at this hotel, and it's still just as enjoyable. I have to admit, all the staff are incredibly friendly. From the security guards to the receptionists, the cafe team, and the pool team. Amazing service. Five stars to the receptionist who helped with the check-in process. They deserve a promotion... The food is also really delicious.

The hotel itself is in the city centre and within a mall which is convenient but it can get very crowded (and jammed) on weekends. The staff are polite and understanding. We had to pay 100k IDR deposit for our rooms but since we were carrying sleeping kids, they let us check into the rooms first. Room is clean but old and basic. The room does not have safe deposit box, unmovable shower head. Basic amenities are dental kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, and lotion. Shampoo and shower gel are 2-in-1 and stuck on the wall. There’s only bath towel (no hand towel). Sound-proofing can be improved since the corridor is not carpeted. Breakfast is free for kids 5 and below. Taste-wise it’s ok. Apart from egg station, salad, waffles and bakery section, the rest are very much Indonesian style.

Really good, the staff are friendly, and most importantly, the room facilities and food, especially the food, are incredibly delicious! My favorite is the kwetiau, it was superb! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Spacious room, great location. Pros: Very large room with a cool mountain wall mural. Clean bed and decent amenities. Excellent location walking distance to the train station, the Rainbow Village and the Blue Village. Cons: The bathroom tub had some black mold spots. Breakfast started a bit later than 6 am, which was an issue due to early morning travel plans. Still, for the price, it’s great value.

Service was good. There was a supermarket and a mall near the hotel, it was very convenient. The room was a bit too dark.

the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. the staff so kind and helpful. its near with train station and city center. i will definetely back to this hotel if i come to malang again! thankss, i had such a great time here

Large room and bathroom. Outside seating area. Kettle provided but no fridge. Plenty of storage space. Good aircon. Slow WiFi. The hotel is dated but overall very good. Good location, close to station and main parts of town. Wonderful staff, very helpful. The soundproofing is not great and there are no blackout curtains so the room gets very bright, very early.
