AAnonymous UserThe bathroom is a bit less clean, there is no water heater or it doesn't work, it's a bit dusty on the window glass and curtains, and there are some belongings of previous guests left in the cupboard locker, the room is not soundproof, the sound from outside is very loud, it's a bit disturbing, the elevator often queues together with the cafe staff in the rooftop area or maybe there is an event there at the same time so access is busy. Moreover, some of the accommodation staff and cafe staff on the rooftop floor often go back and forth in the elevator area. But overall it's quite comfortable, complete facilities, and easy access to the location, near the mall area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is old but in a good way, means all the hoteliers are well trained & friendly, very reliable too. The location is very strategic, not too far from the main part of the city, but not too close that you get cramped up every time you leave the hotel. It's on the main road, not difficult for online taxis to reach. Parking's not huge, but enough for the guests (in my opinion, the parking's way better than any other hotels i've seen down the road). The hotel room is old but clean, in my opinion. The bathrooms are clean & spacious. Although some of the furnitures shows its age & the locks are worn out, all the areas are super clean. One thing that is most memorable is the body wash! Love the body wash, so fragrant! If you're looking for a getaway & simply for rest, this is a hotel for you. This hotel might not provide cable/netflix, (there's still wifi dont worry) or facilities like the gym, BUT this hotel works for me who's looking to rest and relax. This hotel feels like a trip down memory lane, just like malang. Very nostalgic in the best way possible

GGuest UserThe facilities can only be described as ordinary, equivalent to domestic B&Bs. The soundproofing of the room at night is not very good. You can hear people chatting next door in the middle of the night. However, relatively speaking, Malang is just a stopover and you can stay for one night.
