The price of the Mount Bromo tour we booked at the front desk was significantly cheaper than with other travel agencies, and the service was reliable and smooth. The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for everything. Most restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping districts are within walking distance. The local night market is right outside, bustling with activity at night, making it easy to find food and drinks, without having to worry about getting around or finding food. The rooms were clean and meticulously maintained, with beds changed after each guest. They also provided towels, a locker, and a lock, ensuring a secure stay. The shared bathrooms were also clean, with shampoo and shower gel provided, and hairdryers available for free at the front desk. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. A simple breakfast of bread, bananas, and hot tea/coffee was provided in the morning, perfect for replenishing energy. Overall, this is a great value hostel with a prime location, attentive service, and a friendly atmosphere, perfect for backpackers and travelers who enjoy immersing themselves in local life.

AAnonymous UserSpacious room, great location. Pros: Very large room with a cool mountain wall mural. Clean bed and decent amenities. Excellent location walking distance to the train station, the Rainbow Village and the Blue Village. Cons: The bathroom tub had some black mold spots. Breakfast started a bit later than 6 am, which was an issue due to early morning travel plans. Still, for the price, it’s great value.

There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.
