Cantonese hospitality at its best!
The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time.
The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China.
All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed.
Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own.
The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot.
Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food.
In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated.
The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!

Environment: Located next to the Tangkou Granary, walk in from the corner of the Lazy Cat Coffee. The location is not very good, not on the roadside, but the room is really good.
Service: Because we checked in late that night, we were upgraded to a room with windows for free, which was very good.
Although I have never stayed in a five-star hotel, this one is really good. The lighting is not glaring, the brightness is just right, the mirror has three color adjustments, and the TV can be watched for free, which is good.

During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, I went back to Yueshan's hometown to eat Dragon Boat Festival. I found that the rating of Yueheju Inn was a few high on Trip.com. I found that the real environment is the same as the online pictures. The environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the supplies are high-end, especially the capsule coffee machine is loved by my daughter.

The front desk staff are helpful, especially Ms CHENG. We arrived early before 1pm. She politely explained that there was a conference just ended and guests were checking out by noon. Cleaning of rooms was in progress. So we left our luggage at the Concierge and had lunch nearby. When we returned, we were upgraded to the top floor Executive rooms with a nice river view. My friends and I are happy.
The hotel is a bit outdated, but rooms are spacious and clean. All the toiletries, daily offer of 2 bottles of water, etc, are sufficient. I would suggest to change 3-in-1 coffee powder to drip coffee as guests are more health conscious nowadays. Nespresso machine is also another option.
Buffet breakfast has many choices, but mostly Chinese food. Local dim sum are interesting, but may not preferred by all guests. There is no chef to fry eggs or omelette, but chef cooking soup noodles with many add-ons available. My friends and I noted that many items would not be refilled, or another item would replace the previous one.
The coffee machine only offered Espresso or Americano, and I would suggest using more high quality coffee beans. The red date drink tasted very good. My friend also likes the HK style milk tea.
There is an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym on the G/F, but air conditioning was hardly felt. It will be better to keep the temperature of the gym at a more comfortable level.
My friend tried the massage service on 5/F and enjoyed.
Overall, a nice comfortable stay at Pan Tower Hotel. However, we must call a taxi to take us to all sight-seeing spots. Need to use local apps for calling taxis.

The hotel is in a good location, just near the highway, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The style and environment of Vienna Hotel are always good. I am quite satisfied with it overall. The room is also equipped with black tea and green tea bags, and 2 bags of hanging ear coffee. The cups also look clean and hygienic. I can feel that the hotel is attentive in service.

Disadvantages: The breakfast marked with a value of 15 yuan is not a buffet, and it is based on ”portions”. One portion of clear soup noodles/noodles + 1 egg + 2 small tomatoes. If you say it is not full, people say it is not for fullness. Outrageous, the first time I encountered it.
Advantages: The bar downstairs is not open, it is quite quiet here, and the previous worries no longer exist. The curtains are automatic, there are sensor floor lights, and the bathroom is large. It's mainly quiet, so it's okay.
If there was no breakfast episode, it would probably be 95 points.

The road is hard to find. It is recommended to stay here when traveling by car. The house was built in 1933 and has a very Republican atmosphere. You can also rent clothes to take photos on the first floor. The landscaping of the courtyard is also great. It is very hygienic and you can tell that the aunt is very attentive to maintaining it.
We arrived very late, and the aunt would reply promptly and pick us up.
If we get up late, my aunt will leave breakfast until very late for us to get up to eat.
There are a lot of mosquitoes, so just make sure you use mosquito repellent. The aunt will also help you light mosquito coils and there are electric mosquito swatters.
Auntie is very familiar with the plants, landscapes, and architecture of the watchtowers. Overall, it was a great experience.

The entire hotel interior is pink, just right with the recent Barbie wave.
The service is very good. The housekeeper has been in contact with me. I like Chen Qiuyu's service. There is a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off, and the room is clean.
A small suggestion, the room lacks a dirty clothes basket and a luggage rack, it is inconvenient to have no place to put luggage;
The room also lacks a Bluetooth speaker, and it is not too much to put a Bluetooth speaker in this price ratio.
Special praise for the barbecue downstairs at night, it's really atmospheric
I hope that the town can have more entertainment facilities for children, and I will take the children there next time.

GGuest UserThe room disposable items have toothbrushes and combs, no shower caps, the bathroom is relatively narrow, there is no shower cap, the shower logo is unknown, the whole head is wet after opening... The bath towel is not thick enough, it feels old, and there is no disinfection smell. The plug location is relatively small, the kettle is by the window, there is no socket, the kettle can be plugged in to cook at the head of the bed, or cooked near the wash basin... Breakfast is also increased... 25 sausage powder, sweet potatoes, eggs... The price is not high, the mattress is also hard, the quilt is thin, and the big bed has two short pillows. I thought it was a high-end homestay. The actual comparison is still private management. It is almost a little bit worth the price comparison. About 600 a night, maybe the Spring Festival is also close to the scenic spot.

HHuiExceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

KKiayoFacilities: The hotel is very new, the selected room is with a balcony, you can see the street view by opening the door. Next to several small attractions in the ancient town, it is convenient to go out at night.
Environment: Quiet around, I heard that the hotel was renovated from the old building, full of retro atmosphere. I have traveled to several hotels in the ancient town, this one is one of the most distinctive in addition to Meitang. Close to the small stage, you can occasionally hear the Cantonese opera performance next door on the balcony of the room, and the sense of time and space is full.
Service: One of the most impressive points in this trip, you can feel the meticulous service from the beginning of entering the park. Every hospitality staff is professional and enthusiastic, and the attitude is super nice. When we finally parted, the service housekeeper Miss Yu Shishi helped us carry our luggage to the shuttle bus all the way, and also presented small biscuits prepared by the hotel, which was very warm. The shuttle bus master also patiently guided us to other attractions how to take a ride, so that the follow-up itinerary would be more smooth.
In summary, although the ancient town is still being improved, many shops have not yet settled, but the overall service is mature and the atmosphere is beautiful. I will continue to choose this hotel next time. ～

GGuest UserThe hotel was very well located, it is between two villages, I recommend renting a bike from the hotel which costs 40 RMB per day and cycling around. Distance between the village is 15-20 min. It's not very easy to ask for Didi, you can get it but it takes time and you have to be trying until getting one. Very Clean room, comfortable bed and with bathroom amenities. AWESOME STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL!

WWuxizhangcunWhen traveling during the National Day, avoid accommodation near scenic spots - it’s too expensive. It’s a good idea to choose a place a little further away. The facilities around the hotel are very complete, with shopping malls and various delicacies just downstairs. There are many options near charging piles, and the hotel can help you coordinate parking spaces. Solution, the security guard is very dedicated, the room is not bad, there is an open space behind the hotel and it is very quiet. It only takes 20 minutes to drive to Zili Village Watchtower the next day.

There is a long wooden table, as well as tables and stools. There is still a place to sit when you put your luggage. GGuest UserThe location is very good, next to the fountain square (8pm to 8:30pm every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday). Breakfast is included, one portion per person (a bowl of preserved egg porridge, fried dough sticks, steamed cakes, buns and eggs), no problem eating enough. The split air conditioner is very powerful. The shower water is very big. There is also a washing machine. The parking lot is very large, at least 30 to 40 cars can be parked.
