I saw this B&B by chance and liked the courtyard design in the reviews, so I booked it without hesitation. After arriving, I found it was really great: a large garden with overall design, a room that pays attention to design and practicality - I especially like the capsule coffee machine, a large and beautiful swimming pool, a warm and meticulous store manager and the front desk girl... It makes people feel at home. I heard that the owner of the B&B has been in the catering industry for many years, so we had lunch and dinner at his house and were very satisfied. When I went swimming at night, the security brother took the initiative to turn on the lights of the swimming pool. In the quiet night, listening to the frogs croaking, blowing the cool breeze, and swimming alone in the pool is really pleasant.

I booked three rooms online, and there is no need to register at the front desk😁The housekeeper will give you a room card to check in. The overall room is bright and clean, the water power and water temperature are sufficient, and the room heater is also very good. There are many restaurants around. The disadvantage is that the TV in the king bed room has no sound. In addition, it will be safer if the hotel door carpet and stairs are different in color. Will consider staying again.

Our stay at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel in Kaiping Emerald Bay during the May Day holiday truly exceeded our expectations! The room felt incredibly clean and comfortable the moment we stepped in, instantly allowing us to relax. I especially want to commend the front desk service; they were not only warm and attentive but also proactively upgraded our room type for free, which was a delightful surprise. We had originally booked a package with only one breakfast, but the staff thoughtfully provided an extra one. To receive such personalized service during a peak travel period like May Day is truly exceptional. The front desk also meticulously informed us about the hotel's evening activities, which made us look forward to the rest of our stay even more. Overall, our experience was fantastic; both the facilities and the soft services were commendable. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance!

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The service was excellent; they proactively helped us switch to a larger room. In the evening, there was mung bean sweet soup and plain congee available. The breakfast in the morning was very rich and varied. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend it!

For the two-day trip, there is a swimming pool downstairs for children to play and a rock climbing wall on the second floor. There is also a treadmill for adults to exercise. The parking space is super sufficient. It is recommended to travel by car. Didi taxi is a bit time-consuming. Ten minutes drive to Chikan Ancient Town, six minutes drive to the Yulou community, and the boss of the Yulou ticket is free. The owner of the hotel has super good service and is very welcoming. The hotel is very clean, the decoration is very simple and atmospheric, the mattress pillows are also super good to sleep, one room and two cards. The surrounding environment opened the window as if to the country farm, very quiet. Since the next day is Sunday, the breakfast room is open from 8 am to 10 am. Thanks to the boss for the free meal ticket. The restaurant has meat buns, egg yolk buns, shrimp dumplings, white porridge, pho, eggs, sweet potatoes. We went after nine o'clock and some others may not have seen it. The dining environment is very open and clean. Recommended!

Chikan Qiaoxiao Inn is perfect for a trip with friends. The twin room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the lighting was gentle and warm, making for a truly relaxing stay. In the evening, we sat in the cafe, enjoying the cool breeze and the courtyard's night view. The lights reflecting on the vintage architecture created an incredible ambiance. The service was attentive and detailed. Staying here in the ancient town was both comfortable and picture-perfect.

We arrived very late as of massive traffic jams on the highway in the red rain storm. At the front desk we politely cued up to check in. When it was our turn a non polite guy squeezed in front. We told him to cue up.. and we told the male front desk staff. Neither did care. When it was our turn again, he started check us in and the phone rang, (there was now another available front desk staff) he took the phone. We got our key and asked two things: When is breakfast ? He say check the information. Then much more important, hungry kids and wife. It is 22:xx and missed dinner as of the bad weather . He say it is nothing open at that time . We say must have something to eat. Anything. We asked any store close buy to get instant noodles or so. Youngest son and me head out around all the old town and could not find anything. We went back after 40min in the rain and asked the hotel opposite. bizarre enough she told there is a 24/7 convenience store on the back of our hotel! Would have saved us to be soaking wet and hungry. Room was okay. Nothing special. Comfortable bed . Breakfast okay. Will we stay here again? No not with staffs like that.

純純為了童年IP買單💔 雖説是這個月新開的酒店，但是酒店電梯，浴室有點舊舊的感覺，更像是翻新的酒店。前台服務很差，基本小聲説的很快，所以第一遍我是聽不清他説什麼的😶🌫️而且態度不怎麼好，入住的時候也跟我確認了是兩大兩小的，但是房間內衹配有一個小孩的洗漱用品，前台當時也沒有讓阿姨給我拿，是我到房間發現後打給前台，關鍵是…打了也沒拿給我，態度也不怎麼好，我説需要一份小孩的洗漱用品，他問我要什麼，我重複了一遍，他又問了一遍，他説要我説明是牙刷還是什麼，我就很無語了？感覺前台也培訓不到位，房間內衹有一份小孩的用品，照着標準多準備一份不就好了嗎？難道我會多要你一個牙刷？一雙拖鞋？😂😂3點多讓拿的，9點多到房間還是沒有，後面是看到走廊的清潔阿姨問拿的😶🌫️。因為訂的親子酒店，所以沒帶小朋友的清潔用品，結果小朋友用的沐浴露洗髮水也沒有🙂↔️。酒店內沒有泳池沒有小童樂園，補了一個小童門票雙床房到手也一千多了，這個價格景區內選擇也挺多的，下次還是住其他酒店離表演的地方近一點，純純為了情懷買單🥹浴室排水口偏高，導致永遠都有一大攤水排不出去，房門隔音也很差，一早一晚巨吵🫠，房間桌面上飛行棋的棋盤，小孩找了一遍也沒發現有玩的“道具”，打電話給前台，哦，確是是沒有的😂吧枱上面的兩個插座都是沒電的😂房間配的小童牙刷是不知名牌子的，後面問清潔阿姨拿那個是舒客的，房間唯一的好處大概是空調掛機，由於不是風管機，所以冷氣很足😂😂。晚上9點多到酒店是看不到有前台的，中午退房又衹有一個前台，登記入住也是她，叫我們把車牌號登記在紙上，結果出場了還顯示還沒處理，就又卡在停車場出口…而且閘口旁所有酒店前台的電話都有，除了巢趣的……後面打給長盛酒店處理🫠 這次其實是第二次來赤坎古鎮了，之前住另一家酒店態度很好的，很專業，體驗感很不錯的，退房也有小禮物，這家確是需要加強前台的培訓和房間的清潔了，畢竟同等價位景區內很多選擇。
