"1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice."

"Cantonese hospitality at its best! The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time. The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China. All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed. Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own. The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot. Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food. In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated. The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!"

"Pantower Hotel has been totally renovated since the last time I visited in 2023. The water pressure for the shower is superb. The buffet breakfast is extraordinary with many varieties of good delicious Chinese food. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors going to Kaiping."

"I have always wanted to go to this homestay~~ It happened to be during the National Day holiday, and the price was about the same as on ordinary Saturdays, so I hurried to experience it. Many comments said that it was a private club of a boss~~ It is indeed true. It is more like a garden in Southeast Asia~~ There are not many rooms, maybe there are only ten rooms including the boss's red brick house~~ This National Day, I booked a twin room for 490 with two breakfasts There is nothing to do nearby, mainly to relax The swimming pool is open, the deepest is 2 meters~ The gym is a bit small~~ We had dinner at the nearby Yellow Eel Restaurant, and the taste was good. It has a strong air-conditioning, even at 27°C, it is still freezing~~ The bed and pillow are not comfortable, and I still have back pain when I sleep at night~~ The smart toilet is amazing, thumbs up👍 Each room also has a capsule coffee machine with one capsule coffee."
