"Awesome stay at Melia Hue. Perfect location. The interior, service and amenities all feels high end. It’s a surprise to find such a nice hotel in small town like Hue. Definitely high CP. it’s also the tallest building in Hue, guaranteeing great views in all rooms. There is a mall attached to the hotel with supermarket inside. Ask the front desk for eateries recommendations. And definitely get the buffet breakfast as it’s really good."

"Overall I had a great experience until the last night ( Saturday night) when the hotel was fully booked for some kind of very wild Vietnamese people- big families with around 50 kids of different ages ( they came to celebrate the birthday) in total who ruined my sleep at 5:40am and then again ( after I told them to shut up) at 07:40 am so I couldn’t fall asleep anymore ( I worked till 01:00 am and wanted to sleep at least till 0900)🤦🏼♀️ Their kids are running the hallway from early morning screaming with doors opened into their rooms where their parents are shouting at each other ( those uneducated people from the villages can’t talk quite). You can hear it with your door closed very loudly ( my alarm rings even quieter). The evening before they were singing karaoke in the meeting room next to the lobby bar ( in the main building), so I could hear it in my room on 5th floor. I don’t understand why hotel management allows these such big groups which don’t even know to to respect other guests especially in 5* hotel to stay at such famous brand hotel ( Meliá) . Those kind of the LOCAL guests just ruin the image of the hotel! I pay money for 5* hotel to have a good sleep, but not to be disturbed by other guests 24/7 who have no manners and do not teach their kids how to behave in such places. My suggestions for a light sleepers to AVOID this hotel on WEEKENDS as you probably won’t be able to sleep. I have been living in Vietnam for 7 months ( mostly in 4-5* hotels ) and noticed that is a common practice for some Vietnamese to gather whole village and book 5* star hotel for weekends for celebrations. I had the same issue in very nice 4* hotel in Hoi A where I stayed during 6 weeks. Every weekend it was a nightmare for me (in the night and early morning!). In all other aspects if you come to Kobi during the week this is amazing hotel! Beds, views, ONSEN, breakfast….and staff are amazing! Thanks to everyone who works in this hotel for providing a high quality service."

"Great hotel with a beautiful view of the river. Polite and friendly service. Fantastic breakfasts, large selection of products. Very nice cleaning lady. The hotel itself has its glory days behind it, but it is clean and the service is good. Those who do not like noise should rent rooms on the river side. They will gain not only silence, but also a very beautiful view plus a balcony. It is noisy on the street side until midnight, because there are pubs in the vicinity of the hotel."

"We celebrated out Anniversary here and Thanh Lich Did not disappoint. They had beautiful towel swans and complementary fruit and cake in our room. Buffet was a selection and always had traditional Hue cuisine available. When arriving in the area we ran into a Bus pick up which was also headed to the same hotel. This is when staff verified if we were stay at their Hotel and promptly took our language as well to the hotel as the road has been closed that Friday night for pedestrians to walk thought. Check in was simple we wer4e also treated to 1 complementary massage for our extended stay which we could book at the reception. Pool was indoors, but had a beautiful view of the city. Next door was a bowling, billards cinema and arcade which is great if you want to entertain the kids. Location was 5min walk from the Perfume River and just outside of the citadel."

"Great hotel in a location full of restaurants and coffee places. The breakfast is good and varied and the rooms are spacious and confortable. We booked a city view room but the room had no view it was obstructed by a roof. I do not recommend bookings tours with them as they are very inflexible when it comes to tours, our experience was not good at all. But, the hotel itself is good."

"Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue."

"The best hotel I have ever been to! They are so well organized!!!! Their attention to details is amazing! They contacted me several times before my arrival to make sure that they could provide me with all the accommodations and services I needed! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and at the same time they are not imposing themselves on you! Food was delicious, facilities are great, beautiful territory! "This is an unparalleled five-star hotel. The room facilities are well maintained. From check-in to check-out, it was perfect. The service staff Vy, Sophia, Hien, Hieu and the boy who checked out in the morning were all excellent. They felt the warmth of home here and experienced the excellent five-star service! Be sure to stay here again next time when I come back!"

"It was close to the city and the tourist area, and The hottest palace was right across the river, so it was great to be able to check in and go right away. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. In particular, the rice noodles included in the breakfast… They were much tastier than the rice noodle restaurants outside, so I highly recommend them. I made a reservation for 3 days at first, and wanted to stay longer, But when I tried to make an additional reservation, the price went up, So I had no choice but to make an additional reservation on another site. I wish I could have made the same price when making a connection reservation. I am satisfied with the hotel."
