this has to be my longest review on Trip as this hotel & the entire vibes is really good for our 3 nights!! super comfy room, clean, toilet is really nice & clean too. it has a laundry room w a dryer as well. there was construction right outside the hotel, but its usually during the time when we were out of our room so it didn’t really matter to us. also, the location is superb, right next to a shopping/food street & near to the metro so its easily accessible. special mention to the staff of the hotel, they were super friendly & helpful!! the stay was enjoyable mostly thanks to them 😆 i think it was the owner (?) who was really enthusiastic in welcoming us & one of the 小哥哥 even helped us with the luggages 😆 also, the 小姐姐 answered our questions & gave recommendations for what’s to eat around. 想谢谢客栈的员工们 他们都太热情太友善了哈哈哈以后来苏州玩一定会再回来住的～

10/10 amazing experience. Everything is well taken care of, from the moment we stepped in the hotel. The room is comfy and well designed, with perfectly intelligent and modern features. Loved the soft bed, gorgeous view outside of the window and the lighting system. Every little detail is given much thought and we enjoyed our room greatly. Even the programs in the projector has subscription already and we could choose any movie we wanted to watch. The tub was great fun and relaxing. Staff are super friendly and the coffee they gave us were tasty as well. Definitely will come to this hotel every time we come to Suzhou. Highly recommended.

Service: The front desk staff is very welcoming, check-in and check-out are fast, the waiter always smiles, making people feel very comfortable  Facilities: The room is very clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom facilities are clean, the toiletries are all complete, there is a self-service laundry room, and the room projection is very clear. Location: The hotel is strategically located in the city center and is very convenient, very close to the main attractions and shopping centers. Hygienic: Hygiene is very clean, the room is clean and tidy I also prepared a lot of small snacks and responded quickly. There are also robots to deliver food. In short, I will choose this one next time. The younger brother and sister at the front desk are very handsome.
