This is by far the best value hotel for the price! I would not want to share this secret but not doing so will be a great injustice to the staff of this hotel who made the effort to make our stay an excellent one! Briefly, it is : 1. VERY CLEAN, NEW. 2. Very CONVENIENT to places of interest and good eateries and shopping. 3. Very Polite and Helpful staff. 4. Very Thoughtful, minor details like bedroom slippers, water, coffee, medical plasters, masks etc.

This Hotel is quite new, room is clean and comfortable. The shower and amenities are excellent. The hotel reception staff is really active friendly and helpful. They also provide the free coffee and snacks at the lobby. Love it😁

8I had a good and decent stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient. Although there is no lift, all the reception staff were incredibly helpful and assisted with carrying our luggage, which was much appreciated. One area for improvement would be the water heater, as it didn’t function well during our stay. It might need some maintenance. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I’d recommend it for its convenience and helpful service.

The room is nice and clean, bed draft is clean also enough for the cold weather. Staff is friendly and helpful, even help us to find good restaurants around here with signature dishes from Suzhou. The location is convenient to hot spot in Suzhou. The hotel has good smell. The hotel is easy to find

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and answered to all our queries! They even provided brochures which further helped us with our travelling experience in SuZhou! The hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel location is very convenient to attractions (near train station and walkable to 观前街).

A nice little hotel let down by its poor plumbing system as both our rooms had unpleasant odours coming through the shower drains.
