The apartment was very spacious, very clean and tidy when checked in. Check in and check out process was smooth. The property is near a small shopping mall with a convenient store, pharmacy and a variety of eating outlets.

The room is big. Perfect for families. The hotel still looks new. The thing that left a really good impression is....the hotel called after we left to inform that we left something in the room and in the lobby. That is SERVICE! The only drawback from 5 star rating is their breakfast. The food tastes bland and few variety. The location is kind of far from the tourist spots but there is DIDI uber-like app you can use to get you anywhere. Its very convenient, everytime we need a ride it took only less than a sec to get a car.

Very pleasant environment, with professional staff, big rooms, speed elevators, amazing food for breakfast. Staff on the reception was very professional, especially Monika Wang, who speaks English very well. I will sure recommend this hotel. Greetings 🤗

Very nice hotel, suite has good layout and comfortable size. Front desk staff provided good service, breakfast is great with good quality of food.

They need to clean the hotel a little better. Found hair on a two of the rooms booked. Also the second day, the cleaning wasn't done right. We had to call for them to vacuum the carpet again

Fantastic environment, quiet and calm. If you want to spend some quality time without any chaos that is the place you should choose. The hotel staffs are also friendly and some of them can speak English which is good. The rent is also within budget (actually you will be amazed after seeing the amenities inside the room). From my perspective, I will rate 10/10.

Accommodations were well kept, clean rooms, well maintained grounds. Location is one hour from airport and train stations. Local shopping mall for vanity shopping or necessities, dinning.

Excellent apartment! Spacious,clean and feels like home away from home. Equipped with necessities for cooking and living comfortably for your stay. Great reception assistance and smooth check in. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay will definitely visit again.

Place is really nice room is also clean, got free upgraded so it was a plus! Although it is far from the city that makes it a bit inconvenient if you want to go to the leisure places in Suzhou. But, overall I am really satisfied with the service and environment is also really peaceful perfect for a short healing! I will definitely come by again next time!
