Atour Hotels in Suzhou

Front staffs are really nice. We're foreigner so there might be a little communication issue, but they kindly manage it. Me and my mom love the room condition, and thankfully were able to enjoy the Suzhou travel. Hotel is close to suzhou train station, and we could head to almost all travel attraction within 10mintues by taxi. Location good, service perfect. Also lobby smells so good. I really wanted to ask what kind of scent do you use :) But I was so timid haha

Let me first say the conclusion. This is a super satisfactory new hotel. It is the only choice for future visits to Suzhou. From the front desk to the dining and guest rooms, the service is perfect, and the stay experience is comfortable and relaxing. The high-rise rooms facing the street have unbeatable views of white walls and black tiles, and the Baoen Temple Pagoda is also within easy reach. The geographical location is very advantageous. To the northwest is Shantang Street, to the north is Taohuayuan Street (Tang Bohu's former residence and Wenchang Pavilion), to the northeast is the Humble Administrator's Garden Lion Grove, to the east is Pingjiang Road, and to the southeast is Guanqian Street. It can be said to be the C position of major attractions in the old city of Suzhou. Don't be fooled by the exquisite and small appearance, it is worth having.

Excellent services from hotel staffs. We were served with warm tea upon arrival, and offered to have temporary room for resting while waiting for our room to be available. The beds and pillows are super comfortable for both adults and children, which are also selling at the lobby. The room cleanliness is above expectation, however there were smoking smell from time to time. We also love the self-service laundry. The commercial washer and dryer are really efficient, thumb up for the staff who helped with dryer while we were out for touring around. We did enjoy the late night porridge and steamed food after a long day. Overall we had a really pleasant stay, and would like to try out Atour in different cities.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a shopping mall next to it and Hema. It is very close to everywhere. The parking lot is very convenient, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is rich in variety, and Yao Xin's service at the front desk is very good.

During the Chinese New Year, the room price was a lot more expensive, but I still booked it. But for some unknown reason, the corresponding services have been greatly discounted. First, I left a phone number with the front desk when I arrived early, saying that I would be notified when a room was ready to be cleaned. Then no one paid any attention to it. It was not until the afternoon that I contacted the front desk to inform me that a room was available. Second, the room was too hot. Even though the air conditioner was turned on, there was no cold air at all. Instead, it became stuffier and hotter. Third, the welcome message when the TV was turned on in the room got my last name wrong. Still quite disappointed.

I always stay at ATour hotels when visiting smaller cities in China. They are always up to standard. The location of this hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was satisfactory. My whole stay was wonderful.

We booked the hotel for the dragonboat competition, it's super close to the Lake, rooms are big, clean and functional. The window was a bit small, but overall good experience.

There is a robot that can deliver the food you ordered to the door of the room, which is very cute. However, there is no refrigerator in the executive king room, which feels a bit inconvenient. The bedding is very good and comfortable, and the room smells good. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The only regret is that the upstairs is being renovated, which is a bit speechless. The ding-dong sound starts at 7 o'clock in the morning on weekends, and I thought I could sleep until 8 o'clock. It is close to Suzhou Bay Grand Theater, and the overall cost performance is still very high.

The hotel is very new. Although it is close to the elevated road and a little noisy in the morning, the surrounding area and even the underground garage are very clean. The young men and women in the lobby are very enthusiastic and provide plenty of tea. We booked a parent-child room, which is separated into dry and wet areas, large and comfortable. The small refrigerator is also very good. If you need anything, contact the front desk robot and it will be delivered quickly. The old man at home was amazed and ordered takeout and used the robot again. He was very happy.
