Atour Hotels in Suzhou

The location is very good, the ticket was issued quickly, and warm water was given when checking out. The water tasted good. I was very satisfied with this stay. This trip to Suzhou was entirely based on the subway. The hotel is right outside the subway station, which is really convenient.

They provide late-night snacks, a satisfying breakfast, and afternoon tea, effectively catering to guests' culinary needs at different times of the day and significantly enhancing the overall stay. 3. **Professional and Thoughtful Service:** The service is both professional and incredibly thoughtful. The staff are highly skilled and patient, ensuring a consistently excellent service experience that truly leaves a lasting positive impression on guests. **Areas for Improvement:** One area for improvement is that during peak tourist season, immediate room availability for early check-ins can be an issue, which might cause some inconvenience for guests arriving ahead of the standard check-in time.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were a bit rude and were visibly frustrated when speaking to me as they had to use my translation app (which only required them to speak into my phone). Apart from that, the hotel itself was lovely.

It's cost-effective to go to Olympic Sports Center to watch Xue Zhiqian's Suzhou concert. It's in a park. It costs 18 yuan to take a taxi to Olympic Sports Center, and 12/13 yuan to go home after taking the subway. It's 2km to AEON Supermarket, and there are supper from 9.30 to 11pm. It's good in all aspects.

The service at Atour Hotel is excellent, and the environment is fantastic. It's spotlessly clean, the central air conditioning works perfectly, and it's very quiet. They even have robots that deliver takeout directly to your room. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, with fresh ingredients, and it tastes absolutely delicious. The famous Pingjiang Road cultural and historical district is right nearby, and Metro Line 6 is conveniently accessible. It's just one stop away from the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, and only a 20-minute subway ride to the Gate of the Orient. As a first-time visitor to Suzhou, I'm genuinely delighted to have picked such a fantastic hotel. I highly recommend choosing Atour and staying here – trust me on this! 😉

Feihe's service is very good! Because of the change in schedule, I couldn't check out on time. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and quickly helped to solve it! ~ The room is very large and clean! Not stuffy at all. All kinds of facilities are very new! Toiletries are very complete. There are both Chinese and Western breakfasts! ! The Internet speed is very fast~

Take the children to Suzhou Paradise Water World to play, set a Atour bed room, the hotel front desk Su Xiansu white service is very good, also upgraded the room type for us, continuing the consistent service and quality of Atour. It was late to play at night, and there was a late-night porridge service. It just made the children who had been playing for a day fill their stomachs and went back to the hotel to sleep beautifully. It is also worth mentioning that the book bar on the first floor is also very good. I probably read three books and it was very comfortable. The whole experience is still very good. Next time I go to Suzhou Paradise to play and live here.

The location is excellent, right next to Jinji Lake and a short walk to the Suzhou Eye Ferris wheel. The room is spacious and has a great view of the iconic Oriental Gate. Yaduo is a good choice for business and travel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the scenic area. The rooms are spacious. It's very close to Shantang Street, Lingering Garden, and Xiyuan Temple, all within walking distance. The hotel's interior is lovely, the breakfast spread is generous, and they even offer late-night snacks. The service is warm, thoughtful, and attentive. The subway station is also incredibly close, just a two-minute walk away. However, being in a central location, the surrounding area can be a bit noisy.

The room was pretty clean. The projector TV was a nice touch, much better than a standard one, and takeout orders were delivered promptly by a robot. A tip: try not to check in too late, as some rooms can be quite a trek from the main lobby. The location is only average if you're looking to explore tourist spots; it's not ideal for ride-hailing services, as drivers might find it inconvenient, and the nearest subway station is about a kilometer's walk away.
