Atour Hotels in Suzhou

This Atour is the most satisfactory among all the Atour Seasons hotels I have stayed in. The design is very comfortable and there is a courtyard. I planned to return to Zhejiang the next day but I still stayed there. It is worth your stay. The management of all the staff is very good, and the initiative to smile is far beyond the five-star standard. This is from the heart.

温礼 and 丹婷 really took care of me! Exhausted from getting no sleep at my previous hotel, they allowed me to check in just a little early and get a quiet nap before heading to the nearest canals and night festivities. My favorite part of Suzhou so far. The breakfast, though limited options, was done well. The makeup mirror was helpful, and the bathroom soap was my favorite! A little outdated and not spotless, but will definitely stay here again!! It was a bargain for what I got!!

The hotel is located on the bank of Jinjihu lake. At night the area around it is very lively with lots of restaurants from Chinese, Japanese, western to Indian food. So you won't go hungry there. You can also take a ferry ride around the lake or to go to the other side where there is one of the biggest mall in Suzhou. At the same time if you are an avid jogger/runner, you may go encircle the lake by foot. I checked there are plenty of things to see and do just around the lake. The hotel is new, clean and we stayed in premium family room which is very spacious. It fits a king bed and a large-single bed plus sofa area where I did my yoga exercise (they provide yoga mat too). My mom is going there again this May cos she loved it there.

The experience of staying at Atour Hotel really exceeded expectations! As soon as I entered the hotel, I was moved by the just right elegant environment. The green plants and simple and stylish layout everywhere, which made people pull out of the fatigue of the journey instantly. The most surprising thing is the quietness here, closing the door as if it isolated all the noise from the outside world, the night is so quiet that you can hear your own breathing, and you don’t have to worry about being disturbed. Especially to praise their pillows, the softness is just right, like being gently held by clouds, no dream until dawn, for a long time did not sleep so solid. The service at the front desk is a plus. From check-in to check-out, the staff always have a gentle smile, answering questions patiently and meticulously, and also actively reminding the surrounding convenient information, which makes people feel particularly warm. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose Atour ～

The room is clean, spacious and bright. The service attitude is very good. The breakfast is rich. I will come again if I have the chance.

The location is very good, the ticket was issued quickly, and warm water was given when checking out. The water tasted good. I was very satisfied with this stay. This trip to Suzhou was entirely based on the subway. The hotel is right outside the subway station, which is really convenient.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were a bit rude and were visibly frustrated when speaking to me as they had to use my translation app (which only required them to speak into my phone). Apart from that, the hotel itself was lovely.

Excellent services from hotel staffs. We were served with warm tea upon arrival, and offered to have temporary room for resting while waiting for our room to be available. The beds and pillows are super comfortable for both adults and children, which are also selling at the lobby. The room cleanliness is above expectation, however there were smoking smell from time to time. We also love the self-service laundry. The commercial washer and dryer are really efficient, thumb up for the staff who helped with dryer while we were out for touring around. We did enjoy the late night porridge and steamed food after a long day. Overall we had a really pleasant stay, and would like to try out Atour in different cities.

The staff at the front desk are particularly worthy of praise, they are enthusiastic, thoughtful and meticulous. Because it is very convenient to eat in the mall, there are many restaurants around, but it can be a bit noisy. There are also porridge and side dishes in the evening, which is convenient for those who come home late. Hot water and bedding are also very good, which can relieve fatigue.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The location is superb, with both the metro and train station just a stone's throw away, making travel incredibly convenient. The on-site gym was a great bonus and well-maintained. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the room was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the delicious tea provided in the room—it was a lovely touch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
