The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We stayed in the superior room with 3 people and there was enough room for all of us to be comfortable.

There were no slippers or water in the hotel room. I was very surprised that they charged extra for these. In addition, there was a problem with the heating system in the hotel. Although the weather was cold, the air conditioner constantly blew cold.

Good hotel, very close to bus station but no nearby metro

The hotel is overall good. Pros: Located around 30 minutes taxi ride to all main scenic spots, Hotel is clean and well maintained. Cons:The air condition system doesnt work, it was -2 degree outside but the heating was not working, we asked several times to fix it but they just gave us a room heater to use and didnt fix the air condition The breakfast is just minimal and not many options except bread and some basic items

Location is near to the center by the taxi. Convenient for the family for a short stay. Breakfast was good

The two front office staff and intern were extremely helpful on Thursday and Friday They made us feel very comfortable

We only booked 30min. prior to our arrival. Very warm welcome. The rooms are very nice and clean! As our car did not fit into the garage, the hotel provided us a free parking space in thheir own bus parking area. public transprotation is in walking distance, short drive with bus or tram to the metro.

Good location, clean rooms and prompt service. Checking in and out was also fast and service staff were pleasant

Nice hotel in very quiet area , the staff is great

Very good hotel close to the Eiffel Tower (10 minutes by car) but quiet. A big thank you to Ranouan and Fabianna for their warm and friendly welcome from start to finish, as well as for their advice. We stayed here as a family, and this hotel is very suitable for teenagers. Books and board games are available in the hotel lobby. Thank you again, we'll be back. Joo

It was clean and the exterior and interior were both very nice. There are plenty of shops nearby, from patisseries to burger shops, Japanese restaurants, and supermarkets. It takes a little while to get there from the city center, but the buses are always on time, so it wasn't too inconvenient.
