What a lovely place! Clean, new, nicely located (about 30 minutes from Sukhothai Historical Park, market and busses to Chiang Mai and Bangkok. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Worth renting a bike from the hotel and move around. Even you can enter the park by paying extra 10 B for the bike, which is very convenient for seeing everything in an hour or so. Big C and a shopping center are a few km away from the hotel, there there’s only place to exchange money.

Our stay was brilliant! The owner couldn’t do enough for us and was so lovely and helpful. The hotel was gorgeous, perfect for what we needed. Nice and clean and not far from the main attraction in Sukhothai. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Good location near Sukhothai historical park. Comfort, clean and nice room good materials and all works properly.

The room is very good. The light at night is more beautiful than I thought. The air conditioner is cool, clean, and has all the amenities. However, it is a bit noisy.

The room is very good. The area is relatively large. The service is OK because there is no Chinese service. The English is OK. The location is a bit remote, there is no place to eat nearby, and 711 is about 1.5 km away. It is difficult to get a taxi. Especially in the morning, I couldn't get a taxi using the car rental app. I could only push the luggage to the bus station (about 1km, less than 2km away). If you drive yourself, it is a very good and cost-effective place to live.

Although the room is not big, it is very clean and the location is OK. It is very convenient because I drive myself. Public transportation may be a little inconvenient. It is 2 kilometers away from the historical park.

There was no one at the counter at ten o'clock at night. Bicycles can be rented for 30 baht. It’s a good idea to ride the nearby bicycle path to Sukhothai Heritage Park. There is a refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, electric kettle, two bottles of coffee, two bottles of water, and no elevator. Call me a taxi to the bus station. Thank you very much.

The double bed room is clean, the service is average, there is no staff after 9 pm, the location is very remote, not well-known, even the taxi driver can't find it.
