Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City Reviews

Great experience staying at Hilton Universal City. Less than 10mins walking distance to Universal studio, though there is shuttle bus as well. Breakfast was good and cafe dinner is good too. However, they charged a big sum USD20 to microwave food. 😒. It really surprise me, but guess they discourage self pack food, but to get room guests to dine in cafe. Feel safe and good for family vacation stay. Other than this unexpected encounter, overall is good.

One of the most beautiful view and easy access to universal

It's a relatively old hotel, but it offers good value for those looking to stay close to Universal Studios. There isn't a wide selection of restaurants or entertainment options, but it's fine for someone just looking to spend the night.

The self parking carpark is fair walk to the hotel room, needs to change lifts to get to the room. We have 4 people staying, but the room was only set for 3.

Service was amazing, location was perfect for Universal Studios and the room was nice and clean.

Fantastic location for Universal Studio Hollywood visit. Buffet breakfast is very nice. Hotel room spacious but dated requiring refurbishment. Front desk welcoming and helpful.

Amazing location! Walking distance to the universal studio!just 5min walk! There's also shuttle bus but the wait is a bit long 15-20min, so highly recommend to walk if U can!

All of the members of this hotel was soo nice:) One of the best things of Hilton Los Angeles/Universal city is the location from a theme park to the hotel!! And I was really satisfied with a early check-in:D

It’s very close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Walkable distance, 8 mins walk. There is shuttle bus provided but we prefer walking. The room is spacious and clean. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Great stay.

Very good location but the room is too old, towels are as old as like pool towels. Bed sheets and bathroom are not clean. And self parking charged $45 until the next day until 6 pm.
