Nice and cozy studio… beautiful and clean modern studio.. nice view to the ocean, and below is psar besar KK.. got many eateries below and nearby the room, got numerous choice too.

The shore got multiple other luxury choice of room to rent, but i choose Seaview Bliss as suitable for me as a couple and as the memorable gift for my beloved ones. And it got way better and cozy modern ID.. the real view is the same as the picture provided🤭 It worth every penny⭐️mybe a bit pricey 🥲 but yeah, tq Seaview bliss team⭐️

1) very helpful and friendly staff.
2) i booked 2 rooms. They gave me adjoining room. Super helpful for family with kids.
3) very spacious rooms.
4) sunset viewpoint is a big plus. U get the see the beautiful sunset. But have to walk 1.5km to and another 1.5km back.
5) private beach is helpful for guests so that we don't have to share the public beach with the rest of the visitors. U get to see more fish and corals because fewer tourists to scare away the fish
6) free rental snorkeling equipment.
7) delicious and sumptuous breakfast.
8) easy boat transport. Free overnightt parking at sutera marina club.
Disadvantages
1) no data signal or wifi in the room.have to go to reception for wifi or data signal.
2) dinner is slightly more expensive because there is only 1 restaurant, so no other choices. But food is delicious, even for the fried rice (see pic)

DDilladeelaVery satisfied. Very spacious and clean. The view of the city was very beautiful but a bit noisy at night because it is near the main road. I suggest those who want to stay here if you have a sleep problem please request a room that is facing the other way. Water supply no problem. The aircond is good. Functioning really well. There is also a space for smoking and my husband was very satisfied with that facility because almost all hotels that we go to didn't provide this space. The staff at the counter was very quick giving a response. Will repeat going here again someday.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Nexus Resort & Spa Karambunai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing.
The location, however, is quite isolated, as the resort is located in Karambunai Peninsula, about 30–40 minutes from Kota Kinabalu city. It’s perfect if you want a peaceful escape by the beach, but not so convenient if you’re looking to explore the city or find nearby restaurants—options outside the resort are very limited and quite far.
The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff who always greeted us warmly and tried their best to accommodate our requests. However, I noticed that the resort has become quite crowded lately, likely due to the recovery period after COVID-19 when businesses are starting to pick up again. Some areas are still under renovation, and it was clear they are in the midst of improving their facilities.
The amenities were good, with a beautiful beach, swimming pools, spa services, and recreational activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay.
Overall, Nexus Karambunai is a lovely place for a peaceful beach vacation, but be prepared for the distance from town and the current renovation works. Hopefully, once the recovery process is complete, the resort will be even better.

It offers ample amenities and is conveniently located near Imago and Times Square shopping malls, as well as 24-hour Orange and 7-Eleven convenience stores. There are also plenty of dining options nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

NNNMYWe stayed at the seafront pool villa. Location was excellent in front of the beach, with sunset view. The morning was peaceful. We absolutely loved the private pool quite spacious, they also have children pools. Self-check in was easy & convenient. Otherwise, cleanliness is acceptable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at BBV, spacious villa with private pool.
