GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay here! The place is impressively clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—it really made me feel at ease the moment I arrived. For the price, it’s incredibly affordable and definitely worth every peso.
What stood out the most was the excellent service. Ms. Doris was such a great help throughout my stay—very accommodating, kind, and attentive to every need. Communication was also smooth and fast; they are very responsive, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. ❤️
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and budget-friendly place with outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again!

Room and Amenities
Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh.
Staff Service
Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere.
Location and Security
The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night.
Areas for Improvement
Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided.

GGuest UserThis is a nice penthouse condo. However, it is extremely noisy. You can’t sleep from the outside noise from cars, buses and LRT passing by. Room is nice but not quiet. So if you’re lookiing for peace and quiet this is not the place for you.
