Newer hotel, very modern and clean. Love the luxury vinyl and tile floors. No frills (no coffee maker or microwave or pool) but that was ok, had coffee in lobby 24/7. Breakfast was typical eggs, sausage, fruit and oatmeal. Had a pancake machine that was pretty cool. Only complaint was many of the guests are construction workers with big trucks taking up many of the parking spots. They also like to party on the patio til midnight. If your room is on the back side near the patio the noise may be an issue.

My wife and I are locals to the city this hotel was located in and was looking for a hotel to spend our 6 month wedding anniversary at. We chose this hotel and were glad we did. When we walked into our room, the 50+" tv had a welcoming message for us on the screen. The hotel looked great with the lively colors. The location was great. It was walking distance to a couple of places to eat and a gas station and within a short driving distance from more places to eat. The bed we had was big and comfy. The shower was roomy and had the shampoo, conditionor and body wash attached to the wall in useable tube, which was cool. Overall, we are going to use this hotel as our hotel if we want a little staycation getaway.

Our stay was wonderful. We came for our Holy Convocation. This is the first time we've stayed in a TRU hotel. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. No complaints about breakfast, it was hot and fresh daily. Our room was very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again.
