QQamarjamilFrom the moment I arrived at the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat, I knew I was in for something special. The level of service was absolutely exceptional — warm, attentive, and always professional. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable.
The hotel itself is spotless, with immaculate attention to detail in every corner. My room was beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort, and the views were nothing short of breathtaking — overlooking the serene mountains and the city’s picturesque skyline.
Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a rich variety of delicious options that catered to every palate. From fresh local delicacies to international favorites, everything was prepared to perfection.
The facilities at the hotel were everything one could ask for in a luxury stay: a world-class spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, stunning pools, and several dining options that offered an exquisite culinary journey.
Overall, it was a flawless experience that exceeded all expectations. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. I would absolutely love to return and stay for a few more nights — one visit simply isn’t enough.

GGuest UserI like the pool but the beach is dirty with alot of fishing nets trapped on corners and plastic bottles in the cave areas.
The rooms are small and bathrooms Sewrage not good. And they cant fix it if blocked
The hotel is old.
But people who work in this hotel they are amazing thats why i keep going to them every year.
They upgraded me for free and give me late check out

LLML and travelExcellent service and a truly premium experience at JW Marriott Muscat. The staff was attentive at Kitchen 7 (big shout out to Yuni, Naveen, Saad, Ashiqul, Pankaj and other staff) throughout the stay, constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The only downside is the location. While it's close to the airport, it's far from most city attractions. Also, regular taxis aren’t available; only luxury cars serve the hotel, which can cost 3x the usual fare. Still, a great stay overall.

AAnonymous UserI'd like to share with you a small hotel. There aren't many reviews from other people. Ctrip helped me book the hotel. Ctrip's service is still good. The modern equipment of the whole hotel is still good. At the beginning, there will be a big difference in design compared with the W Hotel. After going up, it is still good overall. It also reflects the country's emphasis on tourism, the possibility of the development of the hotel industry and the surrounding serviced apartment projects. There are very few Chinese people. Oman is a visa-free country. From the overall feeling of entry, it is still very modern and good. Although there is a so-called special channel for tipping when entering the country, 10 Omani currency, if you take a taxi, you can not go to the reservation counter at the exit of the arrival hall to call. After exiting the exit, the taxi entrance is still good.

RRambhatIt was an excellent experience on all fronts — from the quality and cleanliness of the rooms to the efficiency of the room service and the warm, courteous attitude of the hotel staff. The breakfast selection was well curated and satisfying. The festive ambience, beautifully arranged Christmas decorations, and the musician playing delightful jingle melodies on the piano together created a truly enchanting atmosphere that elevated the entire stay. Overall, it was a thoroughly pleasant visit, and I would be delighted to return again.

HHicham BoubetraWithout any prior information, upon arrival we discovered that the entire exterior is under repair. The hotel is large and spacious, but quite old. The service is intended to be quality but does not reach the standards of other equivalent hotels. No doubt the immobilization of part of the hotel under repair has affected the quality of the services. The end of the repairs is scheduled for May 2025, with a swimming pool and a new exterior.

GGuest___I enjoyed every minute staying here thanks to the guys who arranged a room that fully matched my expectations! Also, beautiful mountain views, very peaceful place. Great people! The team impressed me how attentive they are whenever I had a question or an issue - they made sure it was handled with the high level of professionalism. I was genuinely touched ❤ This friendly and customer-oriented approach made me want to stay longer with them, and I extended this hotel twice. And I definitely get back as soon as I have Oman on my list again to refresh this 10/10 positive experience one more time 🥰

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome.
During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better.
We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable.
The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.
Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future.

GGuest UserHotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time. House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables. Price was reasonable for the location only and having connected rooms was great for my children.
