"It should be a relatively good hotel in Rotorua. The landlord's wife who checked in and checked out was very friendly. The room is fully equipped with kitchen paper. It is the shower room with a fixed shower and no hand shower. The soundproofing of the house is not very good, and the sound of water when taking a bath can be heard in the bedroom. There is no breakfast, which is not convenient for people who don't cook."

"Pros - good location, almost everything is within walking distance. The room is large, has everything you need, except maybe a washing machine, but it (and a dryer) are on the hotel grounds, for coins. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Cons - we got a room by the road, it was a bit noisy. The hot tub was outside and covered in dust, so we didn't use it."

"The overseas rooms booked online in Trip.com are not far from various attractions in the tourist area. It is very convenient. We stayed for three people. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were complete. The front desk service center staff was thoughtful and welcoming, and the experience was very good."

房子在山上，房間非常温馨，房東也非常熱情。我們英語不好，也沒有注意查收郵件，所以不知道入住方式（郵件寫清了自助入住的方式），貿然給房東打了電話，房東是一對很友善的夫妻，語言不通的情況下幫我們做了仔細的講解。另外早餐很豐富，是標準的國外早餐，沒有熱食，早上陽光灑進餐廳的時候非常温馨。這個房子的客廳是可以共享的，景色超級漂亮。需要注意的是，房間衹能一人入住，我們是兩人入住，沒有注意到這項要求，又額外補充了大概80多紐幣。房間沒有空調，但是有地暖機，一定要整晚開，不然5月中旬的天氣，早上會有一點冷。總之是非常好的體驗，推薦大家過來。

We booked a two-bedroom suite, one room with one queen bed and the other with four single beds. The hotel has a spa pool and two separate rooms in the spa pool, the water is flowing, so don't worry about health issues. Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, there is a supermarket nearby, and it is not far from driving to the municipal garden. It feels great.

The red rock hot spring hotel in Rotorua, New Zealand, is located close to the main road and is easy to find. It is not far from the supermarket and the bus station. The hotel has a heated swimming pool and a geothermal hot spring cabin. The overall feeling is not bad

Hosts are still learning the English language. Some of the facilities might need upgrading like the tub and taps. But the place was clean and tidy. Can get good coffee and snacks 5mins walk from the location.

#positive #I was happy with the Value for Money, Room Size, Bed Comfort Level, Natural Light in the Room; The photo on the hotel's website has a wrong one with a bed back. In fact, there is no such room. When I booked, I chose a room with a bed back for a better feeling, but there is actually no such room. Others meet our requirements and can be used for cooking. Although there is no air-conditioning, the location is good, and it is convenient to drive to the scenic spots, and the price is cheap. You can save some money by crossing the high-priced breakfast with this low-priced self-cooking. Parking is also convenient. All in all it should be close to good reviews
