Booked for one night for our last day in Japan. They provide free shuttle service to and from airport, Aeon Mall and JR station. It was super punctual. There was a convenient store within the hotel where everyone spends all their balance cash notes and coins buying snacks and what nots. The hotel staff here is used to international travelers and they speak good English and not so much Japanese like in other hotels. There was a koi garden which entertained my children.

CChan2024I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the price—2200 yen for guests, with walk-ins costing 2700 yen. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, its convenient location next to Nippon Car Rental made it easy for us to explore the area. Highly recommended! 🌟

SsherroahArrived late at Narita Keisei station, due to missing the right train from Tsudanuma (first time visiting Japan, mind you) and already half way to Chiba station.
Upon arrival on almost-midnight, apparently the front desk officer already waited for us, the last guest to check in. The staff can speak English well and very comforting. Offered free complimentary skin care (lotion or mask), too.
Stayed only 5 hours before the flight in the morning from T2 Narita Airport. Rode a free shuttle provided by hotel.
They provide tablet in each room for the guest to browse available service. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience.

阿阿娜NaNa1. The service is very good. There is a receptionist who can speak Chinese and can communicate easily. She will send you to the room for introduction.
2. The room is very empty! You can drink the drinks in the refrigerator for free, which is great
3. Although there is no airport pick-up service, you can help call a taxi. It is close to the airport and takes about 20 minutes by car.
4. There are hot springs, but they are artificial
5. Reservations are required for meals, breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:00
6. There is a place like an old street nearby, so everything closes at 6 or 7 pm. There are izakayas only near the station...

TTongWe stayed for one night as we were taking the coach to Fuji-san the next morning. The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

NNR~Very prompt service by all staffs frm this hotel.
Beyond my expectations, I didn't expect such wonderful service, but i was very pleased despite a very shirt stay as i had a 7am flight next morning.
This hotel takes all pride in caring for their client/hotel guests.
Every little thing was put into detail ; the complimentary shuttle bus svc to/from airport terminals & the shuttle svc to/from AEON mall was well worth it, a great deal of price for what client paid for the room rate.
I must so compliment Marroad Htl is spotlessly clean.
Will highly recommend those for looking into free airport shuttle and with morning flight to catch.
Will definitely rely on this hotel for my future Narita transit/ stopovers . 10 stars if i could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

TTheMachineThe free hotel shuttle stop at Narita airport is conveniently located right outside international arrivals in T1 at bus bay 16, shared with all other hotel shuttles. Not sure about the T2 stop. However, be aware that the current shuttle schedule operates only FOUR TIMES PER DAY. (see picture: bottom row, 3rd from left) So plan accordingly.
Check-in required just a passport. Got the room key in 15 seconds. The room was big by Japan standards. The AC worked very well. The restroom was small but had everything we needed. Also included are complimentary slippers and use of yukata. The 7-11 (open 24 hours) and Narita train station were just 2-3 minutes walk even with luggage. We checked out early in the morning and easily walked to the train station with all of our luggage.
Overall a very decent stay in a great location. The only headache is planning to use the hotel/airport shuttle, since it operates so infrequently.

GGuest Userthe location was nice because it was just a few minutes walk to the train station and bus terminal, but had a little problem with the stairs nearby going to the station for an old woman like me,i just dont know if there is another or way going around the station we forgot to ask the staff at desk we just rely with the waze app. the staffs were accommodating and professionals, can answer our inquiry very well, the room was a little small but were really clean and so tidy, the food was very nice although we didn't get to try and taste everything because the breakfast starts at 630 am and our shuttle bus schedule was at 640,we had to eat real quick, by the way the shuttle bus arrives on time or a bit earlier which was good, though i suggest that breakfast be served earlier for those with early flight schedule, over all it was a vey good experience staying in the hotel.

We noticed the Japanese do not like to deviate from anything, whereas other countries would just upgrade easily.

SSharilAzri85It’s a late arrival at Narita Airport. I opted to stay a night at this hotel before check-out the next morning to catch a train to enter Tokyo Metro. Spacious room. There is Family Mart at the hotel lobby. Pleasant stay and I must say a really quick Check-In process. Yes there is shuttle bus to-fro Narita Airport. I must say, it’s very cheap.
