The room is very big! You can cook by yourself! Don't have to eat unpalatable white rice)
The pool is particularly good and there are activities to participate in
Super close to the water park, eight minutes walk
At night, you can lie on the balcony and watch the stars. In the morning, you can see the city view.
I will give 9.99 a full score of 10
Because
The only small flaw is: the hotel is particularly tired to walk up the mountain. It is more convenient to take a taxi or drive by yourself, but this can be ignored!

PPemce HThis is a lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds , stunning views and a great selection at breakfast. Also, all of the staff that I came across were very welcoming and friendly.
However, I’m not sure if I would stay here again based on the room that we were given. It was extremely dark and dingy with a fully enclosed walled ‘balcony’, with no view. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room everyday!! Also, our room was booked for 2 Adults and 1 child, and there was just a double bed. An extra bed was delivered upon request and squeezed in, leaving very little room to move.
I’m sure that there are some stunning rooms within this lovely hotel, ours just wasn’t one of them!’

Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks.
Animation team friendly and attentive especially Raquel
Reception and check in very fast. Raquel if Reception was great.
No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside.

DDad cookeHave been to Tenerife on several trips and I wish I had discovered Sunset Harbour on my first visit as I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else.
Great staff all over the complex, reception,pool,cleaning,bar and restaurant, nothing too much trouble.
We really enjoyed our New Year stay.

GGuest UserLarge, comfortable hotel, but quite old. For me, this is a 3 * hotel, not 4 at all. Very pleasant staff, welcome drink immediately upon arrival, there are absolutely no complaints about the staff. Very small parking, you need to book a place in advance, 10 euros per day. On the 9th, 10th and A floors, the rooms are ”privileges”, but in fact they are no different from the rest. There was only a coffee machine and a huge bed. The view from the balcony of the city is wonderful, but at night it is very noisy.
There are no dumbbells in the gym, although there are a lot of other equipment, which is strange.

GGuest UserGreat staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it.
The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall.
The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service.
I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy).
Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable.

IIsobelLovely hotel big and spacious. Breakfast really tasty and all round very clean. Staff provided fizz, sweets and nuts on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Not much atmosphere and no entertainment at night. Very good location with lot’s of bars and restaurants nearby. Would book again.

GGuest UserOnly stayed for two nights was a lovely apartment my only thing is the floors were really dirty, when I got out the shower and would go to get ready my feet would be sooooo dirty !!!
Apart from that room was much cooler then my last hotel considering no aircon.
Overall stay was okay :)

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is really nice (Fanabe), close to the shops, restaurants and bus station and beach (few minutes). It is very family type of hotel, very friendly and in a way different. Lots of 1-2 story building, rooms, 4-5 small swiming pools, bar and big restaurant, green plants and trees. The hotel is all inclusive and they present various food and fruits (every day fresh food vegetables and fruits) and free beer wine and drinks. Friendly staff, clean rooms and various service.
