"My stay at Jinxizechang Culture and Tourism Hotel was fantastic! The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, yet it's super convenient for getting around and exploring Taiyuan's food scene. The lobby is steeped in Sanjin cultural charm, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. The Serta mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries felt high-quality. Our guest relations manager, Linda, provided thoughtful service. Breakfast offered authentic Shanxi flavors, like lamb soup and tofu pudding – really showcasing the local culture. I genuinely recommend this place; staying here in Taiyuan is definitely worth it! The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. Because I had an early flight, everything from dining at the restaurant to checking out at the lobby, and even having the airport transfer driver waiting early at the entrance, felt incredibly heartwarming! Linda's arrangements were spot-on!"

My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

The design style of the hotel is chic and attentive, and the toiletries are also very high-end. Each room also presents fruit and drinks, which can be seen to be very intimate to the guests. The breakfast restaurant is very beautiful, the dishes are rich, the waiters are also very kind and courteous, and the overall meal is very pleasant ❤️❤️ The hotel has a SPA bath, and there is also a passage to the pedicure and SPA massage shop next door (also opened by the hotel owner). The hotel is opposite the street to Jinyangli Commercial Center, which is very convenient for eating, shopping, leisure and entertainment. 👍👍 The fly in the ointment is that the front desk staff training needs to be strengthened. Standing in the glass door and watching us carry large bags and small bags, we can't free up our hands, and we will not take the initiative to help open the door and assist. The attitude when registering is also a little cold.

Very satisfied. The hotel service was excellent. The staff always had friendly smiles, and their professional demeanor and approachable manner left a deep impression. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, making travel effortless. The room was well-equipped, clean, and fully furnished with all necessary amenities. The front desk staff provided professional and smiling service throughout check-in. Everything in the room was new and complete. Delivery was provided by a robot. The bedding was comfortable and the amenities were thoughtful. The service was meticulous and attentive. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The room facilities were good, very clean, and the mattress was very soft and comfortable. Hot water arrived quickly, and everything was provided. I would definitely choose this hotel again. There are plenty of parking spaces, and parking is free. The front desk service was attentive; members even received a free upgrade. The room had a large floor-to-ceiling window, and the vanity mirror had lighting. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. The staff were very patient. Parking was convenient. The cleanliness was good, the room was large, and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast tasted good.

It is indeed a Lavande Hotel. The front desk service is excellent. The location is also very good. It is convenient to go to the train station and Liuxiang. The room is very clean, with a faint lavender scent. There is also an air purifier and a sterilizer in the toilet. It feels like going home. The young man at the front desk was very responsible and proactive. He called me beforehand to ask about my preferences and special requests. I mentioned I dislike room numbers with 4 and 7, and they made sure to avoid those when assigning my room. I also needed a lot of ice water, and the bellboy patiently prepared and delivered it to me. The entire process was well-organized and thorough, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Thumbs up!

When going to Fantawild, choose to stay at Mia Hotel. Clean and hygienic, the bed is very comfortable. The room is also very big. Highly recommended. The breakfast is also very rich and the service attitude is very good. I will choose to stay in Mia next time I go to Fantawild. Really recommend.

I chose this hotel for a trip, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the corners are very clean, the bedding is soft, and the stay is relaxed. The room facilities are a bit old, as it's an older hotel. We stayed in building 5, which doesn't have an elevator, but the staff were very helpful with luggage, and their service attitude was excellent. The hotel grounds are huge, and the garden environment is lovely. They also offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient. The restaurant food was good, and its proximity to the Jinci Temple is a big plus.

The experience of staying this time far exceeded expectations. Xiao Meng in the front hall is warm and professional. The location of the hotel is particularly convenient. The surrounding snack bars and convenience stores are complete. You don't have to worry about traveling and eating. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the toiletries were all available.
