I booked a suite at Shanxi Hotel. Oh boy, what a stay!!! The hotel looks like a courtyard. The receptionist and the bellboy were all very cordial. They carried my luggage to the room for free. Our room was in another building so they advised us we could check out without coming back to the reception desk again. Just leave the keys in the room. The room was quite spacious with lots of amenities. I am very surprised they offer in-room laundry detergent and electric cloth dryer for hanging clothes. They consider every aspect of my stay and I would give them 5 out of 5 stars.

The room still satisfied me and my family. The basic facilities and equipment were complete. The cleaning staff came to clean every day and helped to put the items in order. The air conditioning was good, and the TV could project the screen of the mobile phone (this was the most satisfactory). The front desk staff (Xu Xinran) was very good. On the first day of check-in, they even sent us to the door of the room. After that, they asked if we needed hot porridge every day. The service was very enthusiastic!

We spent 6 nights here on business, I must say everything was excellent. Great location, room is very spacious and sunny, breakfast has good variety to choose from. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel when you are in Taiyuan.

Because of the convenient transportation and superior location, we chose Bingzhou Hotel in Taiyuan. The facilities are quite complete, but we went out early and came back late every day and didn't pay attention to whether there was a swimming pool.
