Shanxi Hotel must be given a five-star rating. We arrived very late at night, and the hotel was already lit. The courtyard was ancient and the hotel lobby was magnificent. The service staff checked in very efficiently and quickly, and the service attitude was very excellent. The breakfast and Chinese buffet was very high-end, and the food and drink met the tastes of all parts of the north and south. It is very close to various attractions. We strolled to the bell tower. On one side of the hotel, you can enter Wenying Park, where you can see the scene of Shanxi people exercising and relaxing. The hotel helped to take the luggage to the car after checking out, and the service was thoughtful. The important point is that we lived on the second floor and it was very quiet, without any noisy sounds, and the sound insulation was very good. The shower was a little smaller, but you can call the front desk. It was too cold. It rained on the day we came, and we didn’t pay much attention to bathing, so we just took a shower. The hotel is next to Yingze Lake Park. You can swipe your card to enter the park. The subway station is about 200 meters away. The Bell Tower and Willow Alley are about 20 minutes' walk away. It is convenient to visit the Northern Qi Museum, Willow Alley, East Lake Vinegar Garden, Shuangta Park, and Shanxi Merchants Museum. The hotel service is good, but the facilities and environment are relatively old, and the decoration style is not the latest.

I booked two rooms on Ctrip, and the front desk told me to download the Huazhu App to upgrade the room type. I don’t know exactly what the difference was when I booked it, and I couldn’t verify it. I gave him two mobile phones and downloaded it, and the front desk went to operate it! When I checked in, the front desk was focused on promoting apps and hotel mini-programs, without introducing the hotel's information in detail, so I asked myself if the drinks in the minibar were free. My room is close to the High Price Bridge and the windows are not well insulated. It was noisy for two nights and the air conditioner in the room was very weird. It was very hot whether it was turned on or not. It also smelled like decoration and my throat hurt!

During the stay, whether it was room service or catering service, the staff responded to our needs in a timely manner, with a friendly attitude, which made people feel particularly warm. Especially when I accidentally left my ID card in the hotel when I was catching the high-speed rail in the morning, the hotel manager found out and took a taxi to the high-speed rail station as soon as possible, which really warmed my heart! Their high-quality service really added a lot to this accommodation experience.

During the stay, they asked about the temperature in the room many times, which was so considerate! When checking out, because the child was not awake yet, they also applied for a late check-out for us... I specifically asked the staff member's name, which was Xu Xinran. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, clean and tidy, the room has good lighting, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is also good. I slept very well at night~ The front desk checked in quickly, and the staff greeted us with a smile throughout the whole process, and responded to every request. The cleaning lady tidied the room in time, and she was attentive to the details. The hotel is on Yingze Street, a 1-minute walk from the subway station, with convenient dining and shopping around, and it is super worry-free to travel! I will choose this hotel next time I come here, and recommend it to everyone~😊

I chose this place when I came to Taiyuan for tourism. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport, and there is a subway station next to it. The hotel's breakfast is on the ninth floor and tastes good. I am satisfied with it overall. It is only one subway stop away from the airport and Taiyuan South Station, one in front and one behind, so the price/performance ratio is quite high.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby environment is super good. The hotel is in a prime location, just beside the Wuyi Square, and there is a subway station at the door of the hotel. It is not far from the surrounding attractions. The waiter's attitude is also very good, and he will answer any questions. The hotel's breakfast is super good, buffet style, rich in variety, and all kinds of breakfast are available. There is also welcome fruit on the day of check-in.
