The hotel should take the initiative to solve the problem instead of asking me to solve the problem. Secondly, I am traveling abroad, and I have no way to change the room, so I have to contact Ctrip to explain the situation, and hope that it will not affect my stay. Ctrip immediately contacted the hotel, and then replied to me, saying that they had already communicated with the hotel, and there was no problem for me to check in on time. I will continue to travel with peace of mind.
Two days later, the hotel called again and mentioned the same thing, asking me to check out and change the room type. I was very upset at the moment, so I contacted Ctrip again, and Ctrip also contacted the hotel again, and replied to confirm that there was no problem with the check-in.
When I checked in at the hotel in Taiyuan, I directly explained the process of contact in the past few days, and I also clearly said that I was worried that the hotel would arrange two rooms with poor conditions for me.
The front desk told me that it would never do this, and the room was ready, so I could stay at ease.
This was an unpleasant experience before I checked in, but the service staff at the front desk were very professional and handled my housing arrangement in a professional manner, which made my stay very pleasant, and so did my relatives and friends.
