"Facilities: Check-in was a breeze. The hotel has multiple shuttle buses that can take guests to the front desk, restaurants, pet park, and other locations at any time, which is very efficient. There's also a 24-hour self-service convenience store in the hotel, so even if you get hungry at night, you can easily grab some snacks and drinks.
Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is excellent. Most rooms seem to be suites with large terraces, very spacious, and the air conditioning works perfectly.
Environment: The rooms are nestled among bamboo groves, scattered and tranquil, offering great privacy. Outside the window, there are vast bamboo forests, a treat for the eyes and lungs. The most unique feature is the breakfast restaurant where you can feed giraffes up close. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so I hope they can set up a designated feeding area to guide guests for feeding and photos. This way, guests who can't sit by the window can still feed the giraffes without disturbing other diners.
Service: The shuttle buses operate 24/7, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic ❤️, highly recommend! 👍
Welcome Fruit: In addition to the fruit and snack box in the room, there were also drinks and popsicles provided during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day.
Giraffe Manor Scenic Area Tickets for Two Adults and One Child: This hotel belongs to the same group as the Little Panda Manor in Xishuangbanna. I visited the Little Panda Manor during the Dragon Boat Festival and was impressed by their dedication to animals, making it one of the best interactive animal viewing parks. Giraffe Manor also takes excellent care of its animals, offering many interactive experiences, which was fantastic. The slide experience was also great."

"On a business trip to Huzhou, I chose this hotel near the high-speed train station. It's about a 15-minute drive, which was very convenient. The hotel's environment and facilities were decent. There's also a restaurant, but the staffing seemed a bit thin – just one woman working. Surprisingly, the food tasted quite good.
Now, for a rather amusing observation: the hotel staff gives off the impression of having started their jobs after just three days of training. When I called the front desk to make a reservation, the person on the other end repeatedly interrupted me and was quite overbearing. It felt like they preferred you not to ask questions or have any requests. If you're brave enough to make a specific request, then unfortunately, they won't even bother saying goodbye. Perhaps they don't really care about providing good service, preferring to do as they please. I'd give the hotel itself a good rating for its environment and location, but when it comes to service, well, time will tell."

"Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. The butler service was warm and attentive. After checking in, we found that the cable TV was undergoing an upgrade, and some rooms had no signal. The hotel manager helped us switch to a lake view suite, and the balcony view was beautiful. The restaurant offered a rich variety of dishes, but the bread quality was really poor; the pastry chef's skills didn't meet the standards expected of a five-star Sheraton hotel."

"The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the ancient town, near Shizigang Pier. On the day I checked in, I turned left in the afternoon and explored Baijianlou. The next morning, I turned right and visited Xiaolianzhuang. It was a perfect itinerary.

"There are many B&Bs in this area, and this one is truly great value for money. It's quite close to the South Gate of the ancient town. The B&B even has an elevator 🛗. There's a balcony on the sixth floor where you can wash and dry clothes, and from the terrace, you can see willows and a small river, which is really pleasant.
Nanxun is incredibly beautiful, lovely whether it's raining 🌧️ or not. I'll definitely be back!"

It was 11:20 when I arrived at the hotel. The reception in the underground garage (a bit handsome) was waiting for us. Help us carry our luggage and check in from the first floor to the first floor. Entering the elevator, the perfume smell has told us that this trip is absolutely live up to it. The chandeliers, pianos and decoration in the hall seem to be particularly high-end. At this moment, the mood is happy*99. After the procedures are completed, we go to the second floor, all the way to the aisle, all the way to art, the mirror in the corridor, The glass can see the sailing story ～ into the room. The room is very clean, comfortable and hygienic. Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

Guest UserWe stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival, which also coincided with a birthday celebration, and our family had a wonderful experience. The environment is absolutely stunning, and they offer a fantastic array of unique activities. Even though it rained for several days, keeping us mostly indoors, we were never bored. We enjoyed making 'zongzi' (rice dumplings), bamboo weaving, pottery, crafting mugwort bouquets, and making sachets – so many different crafts! There was also horseback riding, celebrating a pony's birthday, and even 'yoga' interactions with the horses. These novel and fun experiences delighted both adults and children. A big thank you to our butler, Joan, for her attentive and proactive service, and to the super nice staff at the equestrian center who interacted and chatted with my daughter, sharing their knowledge about horses. My daughter especially loved Ty, saying he was her favorite. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the staff at the Naked Retreats cafe, had excellent service attitudes. While some dishes at the Western restaurant weren't quite to our taste, the restaurant manager handled our feedback gracefully from a customer's perspective. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely be back.

The environment is excellent, as expected from a Banyan Tree property. We booked two different room types. There are many activities every day, such as Baduanjin (Eight-Section Brocade) and meditation, which are really enriching. Kids can feed small animals, play at the bubble party, and do crafts. The pool is also great. The breakfast every morning is exceptionally delicious and very plentiful. The kids' room is quite unique, too. They light aromatherapy every evening, and the turndown service gifts are a hit with the little ones. You can also ride ponies. Downstairs is Whale Valley, which is perfect for kids to play at. My children had a fantastic time! Our butler, Ida, provided thoughtful and responsive service. We definitely plan to bring the kids back again in the future.

XiaoxiaodaxingqiuWe stayed for one night with our parents and kids, and it was a fantastic experience!
The butler, Crystal, created a group chat beforehand to confirm our arrival time and asked about the guests, recommending suitable floors and rooms – very thoughtful.
The cliff-side room offers absolutely stunning views. At night, after Deqing city lights dim, you can stargaze.
I initially thought the castle restaurant would be expensive, but after eating there, I found it to be excellent value for money. Although we had to wait a little, all the dishes were freshly prepared and of a very high standard, far surpassing any restaurant in the village at the foot of the mountain.
For entertainment, there's an infinity pool, billiards, ping-pong, pottery, archery, and more. It's not crowded, so you can enjoy everything. For pottery, you need to queue early; we missed out at 10 AM. Friends told me the spa is also top-notch, so I'll try it next time.
Finally, I have to mention the photoshoot. Each room gets three complimentary photos. The photographer was incredibly patient, and the photo editor was kind and beautiful. There was absolutely no hard-selling. I initially thought of buying a few extra photos, but then I was told that since we had three rooms, we could get nine photos! The photography, composition, and editing were simply superb.
I also want to thank Crystal and Lily again for their patience and understanding. It was hot, which can be stressful, and we encountered a few minor issues. After effective communication, the cause was quickly identified and resolved efficiently.
**Facilities:** The cliff-side room is fully equipped, and the pastoral cabin offers good value for money.
**Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. There were some small insects in the castle during the evening.
**Environment:** Absolutely stunning.
**Service:** Probably the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel.
**On-site travel photoshoot:** I've already reviewed it above. All I can say is it's worth the money. If it wasn't so hot, I would have done a whole session!

This guesthouse has so much character! The owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design. The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

The three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help.
There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~
I give a super five-star praise to the handsome and careful Xiao Yin!

Guest UserI’ve been to this place once before for an event at the Moon Lake lawn, and I’ve always wanted to come back and stay. This time, we stayed in a cabin, and I think this kind of weekend getaway is something I could do many more times. I’m really satisfied; it's very French! Everything – dining, accommodation, transportation, and activities – is within this resort. The resort has two restaurants, and we tried both, they were delicious. Their ingredients seem to be locally grown, very fresh, and the flavors were great. For lunch on the second day, we ate at their Western restaurant, and my son absolutely loved their pasta – the taste was so authentic – and the pizza was good too. In the hot afternoon, we went to do some handicrafts. I really have to commend the staff here; they are all kind and patient, and their service is truly superb. We had an elderly lady, over 80, with a wheelchair, and their sightseeing cart was available on call, and they even helped us carry our belongings. We've been to so many 'attraction-style' tours, but this kind of relaxing trip is something we really need to do more often. You can come in all four seasons; it’s truly relaxing for the mind, body, and soul. There are also many water activities, and the kids had so much fun. The rose garden is beautifully maintained. And last but not least, what touched me the most was that we accidentally left a bracelet in the room because we were rushing during check-out. The hotel proactively called us and offered to mail it back to us. I’m so grateful!

Anji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation!
The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something.
The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing!
A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time.
4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!

My trip to Moganshan was spurred by a rare good weather weekend and a spontaneous decision. I blindly booked this B&B on Trip.com simply because I liked its name, 'Moshangyin'. I'm just a hopelessly spontaneous person. My suitcase packed clothes for tomorrow, my camera, and a bottle of red wine. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, hoping to get tipsy under a sky full of stars before drifting off to sleep.
However, the reality was I ended up sharing that bottle of wine over a staff meal at the B&B. I met the lovely and fun Sister Fen, known as 'Moganshan's Queen', and the incredibly approachable and wise B&B owner, Da Ling. She cooked me delicious shredded pork noodles and helped me take many great photos. I was the only guest who got to join that meal, simply because I was the only solo guest at the whole B&B – how both sad and interesting is that? In my heart, Moshangyin in Moganshan definitely deserves a five-star review.
