"This seven-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation; it's incredibly well-maintained. The butler and customer service staff were exceptional. I do have a suggestion though: it would be great if the Rainbow Bridge had a bicycle ramp, perhaps a few dozen centimeters wide, so bikes could be pushed across (cycling isn't allowed, but at least pushing them would be possible). Cycling around Taihu Lake is a growing trend in sports tourism, and I believe this would add a new attraction and draw more guests to the Moon Hotel."

"Our group of six, two families, booked the three-bedroom villa. The butler proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat, providing excellent service. However, upon check-in, the front desk forgot to ask if we had a car and register the license plate. This led to our car being automatically charged by ETC for parking when we went out for dinner, so I hope the front desk can improve their reminders in this regard in the future. Also, among the three bedrooms, only the room on the second floor had a phone, which made calling for the shuttle quite inconvenient. It would be great if there could be a phone on the first floor as well. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, there was some dog poop 🐶💩 in the outdoor garden area on the first floor.
