I took my lover and children out to play and chose this hotel with a high score. When I came in, I saw that this hotel was very clean and tidy. The little beauty at the front desk was warm and skilled. I quickly checked in. Today is sandy weather and did not go out. Staying in the hotel is very quiet and comfortable. The room eldest sister gave the child a pair of children's slippers and children's toothbrushes. The intimate service made me feel at home! I really like the simple and luxurious decoration style here! In short, choose this hotel!

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments.
2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels.
3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things.
4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room.
In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

The local hotel is more advanced, the environment and facilities are good, not far from the train station, less than 10 minutes by taxi. Going to Salazi has been living here, quiet and comfortable! The service is very good, mainly because the reception is beautiful and very warm. I have tried my best to help solve the need. There are quite a lot of breakfast styles, foreign tourists recommend milk tea, a bowl every morning! Because it is summer, there are food stalls in the parking lot at the entrance, the taste is really good, and there is a group purchase package. 3-4 It is estimated that 56 people can't finish the package! The outdoor is also very comfortable in summer, there are few people, and the food is very real! I will go to spend a few days regularly to cultivate my body and mind, I recommend everyone!

GGuest UserCome to Baotou, Trip.com I blindly chose the Christine Hotel. I took a taxi from the train station at 11 pm on August 3 with heavy rain. The girl at the front desk was estimated to be in a bad mood. She had no smile and paid 200 deposits under my question. Later, I found that the order did not need to be paid and refunded to me. During the period, because the elderly child was hot and tired, she asked her for 2 bottles of water. She said that the room was available, and asked if it was not enough? In short, due to the above, the hotel had a not very good stereotype at the beginning.
However, after the check-in, I found that the room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were complete, there were welcome fruits and snacks in the refrigerator every day, every staff member's service attitude was very good, the security guard, the aunt in the cafeteria, the people were very good. Especially the two girls at the front desk when taking the luggage on the afternoon of the 5th, the girl on the 74th was very careful and took the initiative to help us take a taxi to get water, so I just wrote this praise.
Overall, the flaws are not concealed, if there is a chance to come to Baotou, you must also choose Christine!

TTarraleahAn excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

JJu13The hotel is very close to the Baotou east railway station. It is easily accessible by Taxis. A lot of places to eat are nearby. It was a bit difficult with English, as our Chinese language skills aren't that great; it is good to have a (offline) working Translation App. The staff was very helpful nonetheless.
The breakfast is Chinese food buffet, several choices and a very reasonable price.
The room was spacious and clean.
A second chair for 2 person was the only thing we were missing ;)

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying stay. There is a parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is convenient for self-driving.
The facilities are very complete, especially the rubber bands for tying hair are thoughtfully prepared. The bathroom is separated and very convenient to use. The room has a smart butler, which is easy to use. It is equipped with a USB charging port, and multiple devices can be charged without conflict. The bedside night light is well designed.
The sanitation is good, and the lobby and room are clean and tidy.
The hotel environment is OK. There is square dance or something downstairs at night. The music is very loud and the sound insulation is slightly poor. But it is very quiet when sleeping. There are many places to eat around, and it is not far from the Baotou Museum.
The service is great. I added the service WeChat at the front desk and sent the check-in information. If you have any questions, you can consult at any time.

The staff came to introduce the facilities in the room to us. Later, they introduced some consumption items. The prices were relatively high. There was a bonfire party in the park at night. You can also watch the bonfire party while eating skewers.

XxcdfThe resort is big, the rooms are clean, it is a regular resort. Ms. Yu, who was in charge of the reception, was very kind. She upgraded us to the viewing room for free, and helped us buy a tour package with a huge discount. She took us all the way around and helped us take pictures. I like it here. First, I rode a horse for an hour, and then went to watch the legend of Monan, where the equestrian show was very shocking. After that, I went to the ranch, drank mare's milk, took pictures in Mongolian clothes, archery and so on. In the evening, we will have a horse banquet at the resort, and there will be a song and dance performance for more than an hour, followed by bonfires and fireworks. Although it is the off-season and there are not many tourists, the actors are very good at mobilizing the atmosphere and everyone is having a good time.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThe yurts are a modern twist on the traditional yurts, these are more like hotel suites with a bathroom and separate shower within the yurt, a good feature if you are not looking for the authentic yurt experience. The drive to the grounds is very rural and you will drive past beautiful countryside scenery. within the grounds itself there isnt much to do, the owner will take you to neighbouring yurt hotels for bonfire, music and dance shows. On our drive back to Hohhot saw many other yurt complexes with more amenities (I don't know what the price difference is) and can't complain about the service, staff were very helpful and kind.
