"Before my trip, I shortlisted several of Luoyang's top-ranked hotels and eventually settled on this one. We arrived a little after 4 PM to find our room wasn't quite ready. The kind lady at check-in graciously upgraded our room, which was a very thoughtful gesture and showed excellent service. The room was quite clean, and all the staff members were friendly and welcoming. My only minor complaint is that we weren't informed in advance about the limit of two complimentary laundry items per day. When I asked if it could be charged to the room, I was told it belonged to a different department.
