Didn’t like the reception area.

The room is a bit old and the hygiene is average. It is convenient to check in because we booked in advance. The location is close to the main street and student apartments. The hotel has free parking at night. The hotel provides breakfast, but we didn't use it as we had an early flight, so no comment.

The room and bathroom are large, with complete facilities such as hairdryer and electric kettle. The guest room has a large bed and a single bed. The windows can be opened. The air conditioning and wifi are good. The room is very comfortable. It is a 5-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute walk from the train station. It is close to the East Garden.

The room is very clean, and the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They greet people with smiles when communicating and answer questions patiently. The room is not very big, about 10 square meters. It is equipped with an electric kettle, rolling paper, coffee and sugar. wait. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.

There are countless ticks inside. The room is damp and the facilities in the room are old.

Be aware that the images on the Premier Inn website are not of this hotel, it is older and much less modern/vibrant than they show, the details of bar, 'The Social', are also not correct, it is not open 24 hours. We arrived early as we were meeting family from various places and arranged to meet in the bar, which as not 24 hours was closed, had to wait in car park. Once in, this is an OK hotel, needs a bit of love and care but it does its job, we needed a place to sleep as we knew we would be out for the majority of the stay. Only major issue was that our shower broke (couldn't turn off) but luckily this could be fixed once we left. The positive is the staff, they are very friendly, especially front desk and bar staff.

Whole hotel needed refurbishing. Beds were uncomfortable with the smell of damp in the room. No reception staff seemed to be around so checking in had to be done on a tablet. Parking on site was impossible with no one around to help. Normally Premier Inns are pretty good but definitely not this one. Despite a very reasonable price, we won't be staying at this one again.

Our stay was far from relaxing. The constant noise from the nearby railway made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and the windows let in a draft despite the heating being on full blast, making the room uncomfortably hot. To make matters worse, staff entered our room while we were having breakfast, stripped the beds, and essentially pushed us out at 9:55 AM—despite our checkout time being 12 PM, which we had paid for. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
