Great location for travelers catching early morning flight in SFO. Staff got me room closer to entrance that is so thoughtful. But old but it seem to be fair for the price and great location

Close to restaurants and convenient stores, safe environment, and great room. But the parking is not free (about 9$) and the elevator was quite old.

Hotel was old, good location. Only stayed for one night so price was ok in SF.

It's located in front of South San Francisco Station, so it's very convenient. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is typical of an American hotel, but it's pretty tasty. Housekeeping is on a request basis, so if you let the front desk know by 11am, they will do it. It may be difficult to tell how to switch from the water in the bathtub to the shower, but it is written (although hard to see) on the water tap.

The room is clean, the shower is in the bathroom instead of the bathtub, which is good

Close to the airport for those who want to stay closer, but far from the center, the room is comfortable, good bed, good shower.
