Four Points by Sheraton - San Francisco Airport Reviews

I think this is the worst four points hotel that I have ever stay!  this is very poor services with this hotel.  They provided an Uber voucher instead of shuttle service.  But the Uber voucher is already claimed. I cannot use the voucher to call any Uber at all.  When I talk to the front desk about the Uber voucher, he said there is nothing he can do only option is I call my own Uber at own cost and it can’t be reimbursed. If they cannot provide anything they should say that in the first place, not no value voucher to me . After I took the Uber at my own cost and arrived at the hotel. They gave a used room and unclean room!! I don’t know what to say ! this is totally ridiculous services with the brand of Marriott and Four Points If this is the standard of Marriott brand and four points hotel.  I suggest you guys to take an other brand of hotels and don’t book this hotel ever!

My wallet had been stolen inside the the room. Loss my Credit card, passport, cash… We had reported to hotel reception and the police station.

This hotel is very close to the airport, you definitely do not need a car if this is a quick sleepover for your flight

The location is super convenience! The room is big and clean!

Pretty shabby. 1 star max. The server got good attitude on phone but never got promise delivered. Without saying anything when checking in, King size got changed to double double, saying the rooms were overbooked which I have never heard in my half centuries’ life. My wife lost her outfit there. Should be lost and found but they never returned call as promised. Price is high comparing its environment, facility and services.

Before Christmas, I was flying from Los Angeles to San Francisco to Beijing. As a result, there was heavy fog in San Francisco that morning, so I missed the connecting flight. I had to stay in San Francisco and wait for the flight at the same time the next day. I found this Sheraton-owned Four Point Hotel on Ctrip. It was about 4 kilometers away by taxi and arrived at the hotel in a few minutes. It cost just over $100. The room was relatively large and clean, and the view outside the window was also good. There was a bar on the first floor, but no lunch or dinner was available. If you are transiting near San Francisco, this is a good choice.

Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Airport, Advantages: Very close to the airport, about 7-8 minutes by car. The hotel is in good condition and the front desk service is also good. Disadvantages: The sound insulation between the upper and lower floors of the hotel is not good, and the hotel does not have breakfast. Parking fee is 20 yuan per night.

It is near the airport, there are many restaurants and gas stations nearby, it is very convenient to have washing machines and dryers, the service staff are also very good, I will consider staying next time!

The hotel is simple and clean, not far from the airport, $20 for a taxi. The hotel can also book a taxi for you in advance. Don’t use Uber, it’s too expensive. There’s an IHOP next to it where you can eat, which is very convenient.
