The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

The service was very thoughtful, especially when helping to call a taxi to the city or the airport. They asked in detail whether they wanted an expensive taxi or a cheap taxi, which terminal? This was my second time staying at the Ritz Residence, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Special thanks to Korine for helping arrange my reservation – everything went smoothly! I loved the spacious room, which made the stay extra comfortable. On the first day during check-in, I was given access to the Club Lounge while waiting for the room to be ready. There, I met several incredibly kind and professional staff members like Anna, Azzahra, Katherine, Ririe who made me feel warmly welcomed right away. The team at Pasola were amazing too, Thanks to Dwi, Ferris, Anissa, Rizky who always made sure we had great a time during breakfast.
