Toilet could be improved Bed is old and too soft. Maybe better to avoid Amaris older hotels like this one.

the hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. they prepared all the basic amenities. aside from that, special shout-out to the nice staff at the front desk that helped me printing my urgent document.

Standard 3 star hotel, the room is quite clean. But when having breakfast, there was a lipstick mark on the new glass that had been filled with milk for the child. I wonder if it was washed or not? πŸ™ˆ

Thank you for Amaris Pancoran hotel for making my stay very pleasant. The minute you reached there the staff were warm and welcoming, the check in process was quick. The room provided were clean and comfortable equipped with complete amenities. The bathroom was clean and also spacious with the hot water working properly. The food for breakfast was delicious. Keep up with the good work
