We super loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! Everything about this resort is perfection. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Miyakojima!

Expensive, the beach is bad, breakfast is bad, CP value extremely low, never again.

It's newly opened so the facilities are really nice. However... it's a shame that you can't use all three outdoor pools in the winter... but you can use one indoor pool!

Cleanliness and hygiene were top notch. Especially the bed was perfect. The location facing the Arabu Bridge was also fantastic. I still can't forget the time I was on the terrace watching the sunset. The staff were all friendly. The pool was nice, but I couldn't go into the outdoor pool because of the temperature. At times like this, I thought it would be nice to have at least one heated pool.

The hotel staff will patiently help you deal with problems, which is good, especially the several service staff with ********* accents. The service is very thoughtful and there is no need to worry about language problems. The sunset room I booked was arranged by the front desk at the very edge, and there was a construction site on the side, which affected the viewing experience. It's quite strange. I booked rooms on Ctrip several times, but I was either arranged at the very edge or the relatively worst room of the same level. Is it because the rooms in the agreement on Ctrip have different room types and locations, or the front desk looks at people and serves dishes, or is it really my bad luck... In addition, there is only one elevator on a floor. It feels like it takes 5 minutes to walk from the room at the edge to the elevator every time, which I don't think is too reasonable. The hotel has cooperative water projects, snorkeling, etc., which can be booked, which is more convenient. This time I enjoyed the sunset yoga on the sea, one-on-one, the cost is 500 yuan, one hour and 15 minutes. Overall, it feels more suitable for adults with children, because there are many swimming pools to play. You can't use Uber to call a taxi here. You can only call the taxi company and ask the hotel to help call a taxi.

Before leaving Korea, I sent several requests to the hotel by email, including a baby bed guard, and received a confirmation. When I actually checked in and went to the room, none of my requests were fulfilled. What was even more shocking was that there were cigarettes, lighters, and discarded cigarette butts in the closet above the room. I asked the concierge to check and clearly asked the manager to check, but it took 30 minutes for the manager to come and he didn't speak English at all. In the end, I just moved to a higher floor, but it took over an hour just to check in for a trip with my parents and baby. It's absurd that this happened in a newly built Japanese hotel.

We were lucky to meet Mr. Lin from Taiwan in the concierge department, who helped us book a driver for a one-day tour during the peak tourist season. His considerate service and friendly attitude brought a pleasant experience to our trip to Miyako.

It was very clean and the pool was great. The buffet seemed a little cheaper than the price would suggest (;;)

This is the best accommodation in Miyakojima. There is nothing around.

Hilton's service is really amazing~ Especially considerate! The transportation in Miyako Island is not very convenient and I couldn't get a taxi several times. I called the hotel to help me get a taxi~ But I really want to complain about the hotel environment. Because it is still under construction next to it. It really affects the stay experience. Another thing is that there are cockroaches in the hotel... They will climb on the walls in the room at night... More than 4,000 per night during holidays is really not cheap. I really can't accept this hygiene problem

The service is so-so, and the environment is so-so as it is next to a construction site.

It was a very clean hotel and the room was nice. The separate bathroom and toilet were a plus.

I went on a prenatal trip :) Miyakojima Hilton is close to the airport and the sunset beach is beautiful! I am satisfied with the service overall.
