It's newly opened so the facilities are really nice. However... it's a shame that you can't use all three outdoor pools in the winter... but you can use one indoor pool!

Cleanliness and hygiene were top notch. Especially the bed was perfect.
The location facing the Arabu Bridge was also fantastic.
I still can't forget the time I was on the terrace watching the sunset.
The staff were all friendly.
The pool was nice, but I couldn't go into the outdoor pool because of the temperature. At times like this, I thought it would be nice to have at least one heated pool.

Before leaving Korea, I sent several requests to the hotel by email, including a baby bed guard, and received a confirmation.
When I actually checked in and went to the room, none of my requests were fulfilled.
What was even more shocking was that there were cigarettes, lighters, and discarded cigarette butts in the closet above the room.
I asked the concierge to check and clearly asked the manager to check, but it took 30 minutes for the manager to come and he didn't speak English at all.
