Convenient location just outside the City, close to the London Underground station. Full English breakfast is recommended. Clean, tidy and pleasant rooms

It’s a fair price for the service! The staff is very polite and supportive, I had a comfy room type, which had all the amenities as described. The shower has no handle that for me is quite uncomfortable! Good breakfast with a reasonable number of alternatives! If not included remember to book the breakfast in advance, otherwise if you choose to buy it on the spot in the morning, you will be overcharged.

This is an excellent 3-star hotel. The beds are incredible, some rooms come with free breakfasts and it’s quiet! The rooms are surprisingly big - plenty of space, including places to hang clothes. The compact design means the frame of the bed has the tv at the bottom, plugs for chargers etc and glass holders, plus all the light switches (a feature I love - turning lights off after you’re in!)! Breakfast has hot and cold options. It’s more than enough to start your day! If you’re looking for a cheap, central place to stay, this is a great one!

The location is excellent, and the price is reasonable for visitors.

The room is small and in the basement. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the Metro. However, the room price is reasonable and all staffs are nice and helpful.

Nice place to stay

Nice hotel but was not given the room I booked - given a room without a window when I booked and paid for a room with window - made a difference. When I queried this I was effectively told it was my mistake.

We liked the hotel and it’s no frills concept. Our double room was spacious and modern with a well integrated bathroom pod. The staff were friendly and helpful with good tips and a great attitude. The only thing that let the whole process down were the self checkin / checkout screens which did not work very well and only sporadically. Breakfast was not just continental as described but also featured a full English fry up.

Great location , easy check in, very comfy and large beds, the only negatives were : really thin walls , you could here what your neighbours from behind the wall were up to and the cleaners were very loud talking between each other in the morning .

Absolutely disgusting staff at the front desk we have requested early check-in it does not Estate that it is a cashless establishment they called us over to start the process of checking us in when it got to the realisation we had cash for our early check-in they refused even knowing that we are desperate because, I have come on my monthly they told me to go into the restaurant bathroom to clean up and wait two hours for checking I was destroyed I felt I had no option to go into the bathroom but furthermore bathroom are shared with males which I didn't realize until a man came in lucky enough I started crying right now the man came out and finally lock on my side it was the manager who was unaware of the situation even though I had asked a girls to go and call them manager and ask him I was immediately checked in thank you so much to the manager

Near to Elizabeth Line and DRL so very convenient. Also provide free coffee and tea

Convenient transportation, beautiful environment, clean and tidy rooms, and enthusiastic service attitude.

It was a good experience, the room was very big and the shower was not suitable for those who do not want to wash their hair
