The staff are very welcome and friendly. I chose a 2-bedroom executive room for 4 people, which is spacious and spotless. There is also a stove, washing machine, and a smart TV, so I can say it's highly recommended for staycation! What I love the most is the view of the city from the swimming pool. I totally enjoyed spending time here! And will surely come back

Great stay, clealiness is top notch. Will come back again if in jakarta. Theres a metro nearby, but might want to consider using car.

Nice n clean room , can do small cook and ready stove and kitchen equipment. Nice to stay. And very nice swimming pool with excellent city view.

Everything was okay except the aircon in the master bedroom was very noisy.

Great location for SCBD visitors. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. South facing rooms have a great unblocked view as well. Can't comment on amenities and service as I had a very short stay with minimal interaction

stayed there for a business trip. will not recommend, there was a cockroach in the breakfast bread basket. location is inside the business area, traffic jam all around.

Nice new room well equipped with everything I needed. Breakfast was very lame... limited choices and small portions presented in cardboard boxes with wooden cutlery. The manager said no when I asked to cancel the prepaid breakfast for the second day of my stay. Location is ok but not convenient for pick up, Grab doesn't recognize Citadines as a pickup point so you have to walk to another lobby nearby, or the service station at the driveway entrance. If you want to use the washing machines you need to install an app and sign up for an account then add value etc etc, I just gave up on it. The swimming pool was dirty...see photos.

New. Book 1 bedroom suite close to be 2 rooms apartment . Staff are enthusiastic.Light Rail station walking distance. Centrally located . Great for family .

Riana and Iis and all other staffs were helpull..nice! Since the property just operate on aug 23, the facilities still looks great and clean, parking area quite acomodate but the space of the row lil bit narrow. And the breakfast hopefully will be better in the next time we come again..πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‰

This was such an amazing hotel, especially for the price. They are still constructing the restaurant, but it is well located for a variety of different restaurants or grab food. There is also a minimart on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again.
