Everything was excellent, except for the fact that parking had to be paid. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that a 5-star hotel with private parking onsite is charging its guests a parking fee. Common sense is not very common in Bulgaria.

Rooms are spacious. Amenities are sufficient such as shampoo, shower gel and slippers. Breakfast has many choices. Reception helped us print the boarding pass, very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has complete facilities, including a restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness room. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The room is also very large. Although the decoration style is a bit nostalgic, the overall experience is very good.

The enthusiasm of service staff needs to be improved

definitely not a 5 star. rude employees, reception always empty, breakfast with the bare minimum, poor cleaning in 3 days they never cleaned the floor or removed the dust, the second day they didn't even change the towels. also I asked if I could do a late checkout and I was told only for a fee. and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel???

This hotel is in the center of Sofia, very close to the hotel, with shopping malls and restaurants. But the decoration of the hotel is relatively old. Well, the restaurant is still good, I will continue to stay and recommend it next time.

Second stay, very good experience

The hotel service is very good, the location is good, close to the subway entrance, convenient from the airport. The breakfast is rich. There are many varieties and the hygiene is good in the city center.

Hotel has a very good central location. It is just a stone's throw from the nearest metro station. The metro takes you to and from the airport in just 20 minutes for just around 80 cents... Hotspots can be reached on foot or by public transport.

Okay hotel not worth 5 stars 

Very good location, great hotel facilities and 10 cleanliness. To make a point, the water in the indoor pool was a little cool, although it was fine for swimming.

Tried to change check in dates with no success! The structure first demonstrated its willingness to change dates and then denied the provider through which the booking was managed the change of dates and consequent refund! Totally inadequate for a 5 star hotel! Never seen before and above all I was disappointed because they made me contact trip.com in vain for a whole day! They didn't even show up in person (Mariet) to explain themselves verbally during my stay! The reception staff is courteous in the men and totally cold, disinterested in the women (they speak to their personal tel addressing the tel in their ear with an annoyed air if you ask them something)! The room cleaning service is adequate for a 5 star hotel except that having been allocated two single beds and pushing them together we found a lot of dust and debris under the bed! Having complained in the morning it was cleaned immediately! As soon as you enter the hotel there is a strong smell of smoke masked as an air freshener due to the gaming machines and the bingo placed in the hall so people who have nothing to do with the hotel constantly enter and unsavory faces of hardened gamers! The breakfast was totally inadequate and not of good quality (if you arrived a little later, the croissants weren't there and weren't put back at the table)! The surroundings of the hotel leave room for abandonment and degradation! I would not go back and would not recommend!
