Beautiful hotel, super cool design, rooftop is a must and restaurant are delicious, location is not that great a bit far from everything but Bruxelles is pretty small so you can reach everything within 15mn. I would recommend this hotel

Loved the decor, it felt very modern and calming. The bed was comfy and the bath was great. Only thing was the room was a bit warm and couldn’t work out how to made it colder than 18.5 but was only there one night and didn’t ask so there was probably a fix!

The hotel was nice and friendly. I ordered room services and food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend and also there’s vegetarian options in the menu. Room was clean and the atmosphere in hotel is chill. But the room we selected had no proper wardrobe. I personally liked their interior style. Would visit again when I come to Brussels :)

Highly recommended! Traveling with my parents! The room is super nice and clean! Even more amazing than the pictures on the official website! It was the most comfortable room I stayed in during my 10-day trip to Europe. Everything was great except that it took six or seven minutes to walk to the subway station!

The hotel is easy to find, it's on a higher floor, the hotel is warmly decorated, the family room is great, the view is good, the bathroom is spacious, the shower water pressure is strong and the temperature is stable. The room is not included in the booking, you have to order breakfast yourself, there are breakfast sets priced at 10-19 euros, the taste is good. It's a 15-minute walk from the square, you can pass the comic museum and the cathedral, but the bridge hole you pass by has a urine smell, which is not good. It's a 5-minute walk from Brussels North Station, which is still convenient. The only drawback is that the towels are very bad. When I dried my hair, I wiped a towel crumb, it should be changed.

Brussels is really boring, but this hotel is not bad. The decoration style is very retro. It is cute and you can see the surprising design. It is a little far from the train station. The front desk suggested which road we should take safely. In the end, we chose to take a taxi. It is very convenient to get to the North Railway Station.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love it, and we had a lovely surprise for New Year's Eve - we were given a room on the 19th floor (corner room) with a magnificent view of the fireworks. It was beautiful

Very poor booking experience This hotel stay was very disappointing. The hotel staff has a very arrogant attitude and completely lacks basic courtesy and service awareness. When reporting problems, not only did they not provide any substantial help, they also responded with a perfunctory attitude, making people feel disrespected. What’s even more annoying is that after encountering problems, I tried to seek assistance through Trip.com, but the platform also failed to provide effective coordination and solutions. The entire process is time-consuming and frustrating, raising questions about whether such platforms can actually protect consumers' rights. Not only did this experience ruin my travel mood, it also left me extremely disappointed with the service capabilities of this hotel and Trip.com. I will never choose this hotel again and will seriously consider continuing to use this platform. I hope other travelers can refer to my experience and avoid falling into the same predicament.

Very good! The view from the floor-to-ceiling window is so beautiful! The shower head is extremely comfortable

The location is quite good, very close to the train station and the central square, you can walk there, but the bed is a bit soft, but generally the beds in European hotels are soft

The hotel room is nice, but the exterior environment and the hotel lobby are a bit unsatisfactory. First, there are always a lot of black people in the lobby (not racial discrimination), they look a bit unfriendly. They are also a bit noisy. Second, there are a lot of homeless people in the botanical garden downstairs of the hotel. There are more homeless people when you walk across the street. They often yell at strangers and I don’t know what they are saying. Third, the neighborhood not far from the hotel should be the Infala area, which is dirty and messy. Although the hotel is not far from the scenic spot, it is not close, but you have to pass by a lot of homeless people, which I really don’t like.
